The location is central and you can walk to Lumbini park, NTR gardens and a few others. Metro Station is also close enough. Kamat hotel right outside the building complex which was a great spot for our breakfast before setting out on our daily tours. Zomato and Swiggy delivery allows you to dine at home after a hectic day out. The apartment itself is very spacious and roomy. the 3 baths are a true blessing when everyone has to be in the bathroom at the same time ☺️. The apartment has a serene vibe and is well updated. We did have a water supply issue that was taken care immediately. All basic necessities are provided, so no need to pack extra toiletries or towels. Lastly, Akram is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to our queries. Any concern that we had was taken care of asap. We truly appreciated Akram being available for us for any assistance we needed. Thank you Akram for sharing your beautiful home with us.

However, the bathroom is a bit small, and there's no power backup, so frequent outages were an issue. Overall, a good stay if you're looking for a short visit and don't mind the power situation."

the place is exactly or better than described. the studio is very well equipped and has all one would need for a homely stay. locationally very good ! loved my stay !!!
