Had an amazing stay here with my two friends! We were in Tampa for the women’s final four games and this unit was perfect for us. It’s a quick uber ride to armature works about 7 minutes which was great. The beds were very comfortable and hosts were super responsive. Thank you!

Julias place is really nice, beautiful decorated and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed with Airbnb. Beautiful neighborhood near a really nice park and close to restaurants and a trader joes. Downtown St. petersburg is just a short drive. We really had a great stay.

This Apartment was TRULY beautiful! It exceeded my expectations and Juan was such a great host. Even before we got there he gave us clear and detailed instructions on what to do when it came time for check in, asked us during our stay how everything was going, and after how we liked our stay. One of the best host I’ve ever Experienced! One thing I will say is the apartment is downstairs and the neighbors that are above the apartment can be a little noisy but you can tell it’s kids, and you know how younger kids are so we didn’t really mind it. This was a beautiful getaway, however if you are thinking of going to any main attractions of Tampa be ready for somewhat of a drive (and plan for traffic LOL)

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Charming Garage Apartment in Hyde Park, Tampa

We attended the NCAA Women's Final Four. We love to walk and this was a comfortable 25 minute walk to the Amalie Arena along the Bayshore fitness trail. The apartment was within walking distance of fine restaurants in the exclusive Hyde Park neighborhood. Laura provided a Driving (We walked) Tour Guide to view many of the historic homes in Hyde Park that we passed on our way to shopping and eating. On a previous trip to Tampa, we stayed in a nice hotel, but this was a much better option and would be our first choice if we return.

This is a lovely gem with a great mini-split HVAC system and washer/dryer. Loved the rice cooker and toaster and ample pots and pans. There’s a small step down (only 3-4 inches) into dining area between the kitchen and back up to the bedroom and it was not a problem for me. But maybe someone who depends on mobility devices would just need to pay attention. It’s in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a paved lane. Plenty of towels and updated bathroom and kitchen.

Valerie's 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for the price. The place has a well-stocked, updated kitchen with complimentary coffee, clean and updated full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors but it never lasted for long periods of time. Also, the pool is not heated so too cold to use. Valerie is very responsive and easy to work with.

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

From the second we got off the plane, Magdy replied to my message letting us know the place was ready and we could check-in whenever we wanted. Everything was clean and cozy. Tampa is a really expensive city in April, and the rate for this place is pretty reasonable compared to others, especially when you see how great it is, and how Lavoria and Frank make everything possible for you to enjoy your stay. Definitely would come back again !

David's flat is well appointed, clean, and very much in sync with what is posted in the listing. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long-term stay. David and his spouse were so welcoming to me. I had the opportunity to visit with them several times over my stay and that was wonderful. As an aside, being a dog-lover myself, I also was able to have fun interface with their their two remarkably friendly dogs Kitty and Meatball. All in all a great stay in the Tampa area.

Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. This is a beautiful quiet property within minutes from the Downtown Tampa and bay front area. Close to all main highways. We stayed here for the NCAA women’s Final Four and the location was perfect. Minutes from the airport and quiet. I highly recommend this property for a party of four. If you do not rent a car, an Uber ride to the downtown action is between $15-$20. Great find and excellent stay!

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Great place to stay as a family of 4. It was well stocked and clean. Kid’s room was perfect for our 4 and 2 year olds. Nice view of the river. Only two things worth noting: 1) there is no traditional table with chairs for eating meals. There is a low table and cushions for sitting on the ground. 2) it is a little bit of a walk from the parking spot to the door and then up the stairs. Not that bad but is a bit of work if you have a lot to unload

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.
