Monthly Rentals in Hunt County

This was the perfect little place for visiting my long-distance partner. It was peaceful and easy to get to, and David was so fast at responding to any issues I may have run into. It’s small, but it was exactly enough for the two of us for a week. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay during Christmas in Greenville. It was such a nice place with upscale and charming touches vs a typical hotel room. We enjoyed the Prairie coffee that Robert supplied, as well as the well equipped kitchen to make breakfast using the tucked away induction cooktop in the mornings before our family gatherings. The TV cart was really nice to pull into the bedroom or the living room, and the daybed was comfy as another couch alternative to watch a movie. The towels were super soft and the bathroom had really high quality fixtures, plus a really nice hair dryer! The bed was very comfortable and they had some extra blankets to be even cozier. The room temp was really nice, easily controlled by the mini splits in both rooms. Robert was so easy to communicate with, and welcomed us when we stopped into the coffee shop at checking time. We would highly recommend any of the lofts to anyone coming to Greenville.

This place is nice and has everything you need! Full kitchen with oven was a plus. The fireplace was awesome! I enjoyed that all weekend. WI-FI, excellent central heat and air, TV with channels, nice tile shower, bedroom is cozy, nice cozy plush living room, beautiful neighborhood with big trees and beautiful homes. I went running/walking several times. Very safe and quiet area. Perfect.
