Awesome Lodge with loads of little extras. Every little detail taken care of and super clean. The kids especially loved the Hot tub.The country park and surrounding area is lovely and quiet. Nice of Glen to meet us and show us around the lodge, he also gave us great info on the local area.We will definatley be visiting again !

Colleagues stayed in this accommodation so it is hard for me to review but as far as I'm aware they enjoyed their stay.

The property was a show stopper from the minute you pull into the driveway. The instructions for getting in were very clear. The padlock on the main gate was a small inconvenience getting in and out of the land. The property was modern, stylish, equipped with everything you need. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook for 10, and had enough crockery. The property was immaculate. The only tiny draw back was the size of the towels, little on the small size, and we needed to get a few extra to enjoy with the hot tub. When we ran into a problem outside of Sharon’s control, she was responsive and friendly and really proactive. Genuinely the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great stay and would love to return.

Debbie was great and very responsive throughout whenever I’ve sent her a message. The place is great, the hot tub amazing and the sunset from the balcony is breathtaking. Debbie made us feel very welcomed and gave us a nice tour to the grounds during the check in. I’ll definitely recommend her place to reenergise, nice walks and some tranquility time with your loved one. I will definitely be coming back to her place and having my daughter studying in Lincoln Uni I have the perfect excuse. Thanks Debbie Carlos & Flávia

myself and my family had a lovely new years stay in jools' caravan, it was nice and clean and had a very homely feel, there was an xbox, games, books and cd's which went down very well with the kids, the beds were very comfortable and the extra cushions and blankets on both the beds and settees made it feel really cozy, there was everything you could possibly need from, pots, pans, utensils to even plastic kids plates, bowls and cups, which were very useful for my autistic children. The site itself was well kept and looked lovely, obviously it was all closed up for the season but we will definitely be back when all is open again, and will definitely be staying in one of jools' caravan's she has on the site.

SarahJane was really nice and responsive to messages. The apartment was very clean and was in walking distance to everything we needed. She sent us recommendations for places for us to visit and responded to every question asked. We will definitely stay again.

A compact and cosy chalet located on a very quiet and well kept holiday park. A really lovely location, minutes walk from a big dog friendly beach and a short drive from the bright lights of Skegness.

Claire was an excellent host, good communication prior to arriving with clear instructions. We met Claire when we arrived and she was friendly, made us feel at home and advised if there was anything we needed to let her know. Accommodation was clean and well equipped, very peaceful and in a good location. Check in and check out were easy. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we visit family in Skegness.

An ideal retreat for a country escape. The accommodation (one of two the same, on a farm site that also has caravan pitches) is lovingly done, great decorative features with modern comforts. The private hot tub garden area, fenced off for privacy but with views out to the fields still, is a haven. The on-site Duck Inn gives you the chance to mingle with the owners (very hospitable and approachable) and others staying on site. Would be a lovely place in summer or winter, we hope to return! Such a cosy, clean cottage and the Jacuzzi topped it off. Loved the warm welcome and the privacy also. We went with my husband and two kids and it was just what we needed. Such a special place x

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped property. We loved sitting in the sun room watching for birds and other wild life. Lots of attractive villages and towns nearby and convenient for a visit to Lincoln where we used the excellent park and ride service. Also good for visiting the coast.

What a little gem, so close to the beach. All you could hear was the sound of the waves. Even though it was out of season there was plenty to do and plenty of places to eat. The cottage was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. We definitely made use of the log burner as it was very cold outside but it didn't stop us enjoying the surroundings. The dogs loved it and so did we!

It was perfect for me and my friend who stayed for 6 weeks. We were working in Skegness and the location was perfect! It allowed us to be somewhere private but close to everything we needed! The village is beautiful and the surroundings were lovely! It was so fab we booked another 3 weeks after Xmas! Very excited to go back :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and well appointed. Beautiful location and views. On site restaurant really good. We would say again and highly recommend.
