Lodge

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Such a lovely place to stay! Beautiful little home, me, my mum and two young children had a blast. 10 min drive to the beach and we brought passes at the entertainment hub so that we could use the indoor pool and go to the kids discos in the evening. There were also two parks and a little shop. All of this a few mins walk from the house. Lots of lovely touches in the home too!

6 Coastguard Cottages

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

Napier - Luxury Break

DinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely accommodation, just like the photos. Very spacious living area with bedrooms off to the sides. All bedrooms are ensuite except for the twin which has an accessible wet room next to it.Lots of storage in bedrooms, wardrobe & 3 chests of drawers and nice new fluffy towels. The bathrooms were quite small, but large walk in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Sofas were very comfy & plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was perfect, big fenced in garden (which our dog loved!), large table and seating , 2 hanging chairs and nice lighting on the deck at night. Directly opposite was a reception area with a sauna and cinema room with games . We used the sauna a couple of times but it was rather complicated figuring out how to use the cinema!! We met Jacob on arrival & he was very friendly and helpful. Location is like a lot of Suffolk, quite remote, so you have to drive down narrow country lanes but easy to find. Very satisfactory, thank you!

Beautiful retreat in converted dairy pets welcome

JemmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I have absolute nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Dairy barn is located in Roger’s beautiful Home Farm. Lush gardens and waking up to birds singing. A lovely fully enclosed paddock for our dog Loki to play tug and ball, with outside seating so we could enjoy a glass of wine. The accommodation is homely, exceptionally well kitted out, clean and inviting. There is a large comfy bed, whirlpool bath, with large separate shower. Comfy sofa and kitchen which is spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome basket and goodies were super generous and gratefully received . Roger is a lovely host, who greeted us on arrival and ensured we had all we needed. At the end of our stay, checked we had a good break. We will definitely be back

No. 15, modern city duplex with free parking

EwanRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Clean, high-end annex with welcoming hosts. Nice touches of stocked pantry items (jams, cereals, bread, bannanas, ham, jams, yoghurts and a few beers) and any type of milk you requested. Quiet area, designated driveway (access is a bit tight, but managable in a standard width car). Walkable to riverside and train station. Stairs to bedroom were quite steep and potentially slippy in socks so need to take care when using. Bed was great.
A modern kitchen is equipped with sleek cabinetry and a contrasting countertop. Bar stools are positioned at a small island, offering a space for casual dining. Natural light floods the area through a window, illuminating the cooking appliances and overall design.

PIP Holliday Retreat

MattRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Property is as exactly described and photographed. House is located a couple of streets back from Sea Front and 5 min walk to beach. Great communications from Phil and quick/friendly responses. Key code provided and also met us when we arrived to check all ok. House has everything you need… well stocked kitchen with big fridge freezer, Hob & Oven with plenty of cutlery and pans etc. Useful to have washing machine and Air Fryer. Great to have Sky TV and fast Broadband. Two bathrooms/showers and some bedside lamps with handy USB sockets. Plenty of towels provided. N Easy Street Parking and Phil arranged for our car to be added to local parking permit for duration of stay that covered most the area behind Sea Front which was great. Respectively say some of the roads and houses around felt a little run down and conscious walking quiet streets at night, once at Sea Front it was fine. No way a reflection of Phil and his Property. Thank you for accommodating our last moment stay
