This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. This was by far the best Stay I’ve had so far the place was clean the area was nice and close to the city the host was super nice she allowed us to checkout little later due to a state of emergency I love that she cared for our safety u will definitely be coming back to stay and enjoyed every part of it 10/10 !

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful stay on the first floor of this beautiful, historic home so close to everything in Saratoga. We were a family of 4 with two teens who like to be on opposite ends of our house and they could easily do that in this rental lol. Not only was everything as pictured but it was immaculate and had the best beds we’ve ever slept on in a rental. Restaurants nearby were the best around and made for easy walk home in the cold/snow. Can’t wait to go back!

I wanted it to be my new second home. The apartment is so charming and the location so amazing. We absolutely loved it.

We were 6 adults and 4 young kids, and everyone had a fantastic time at Twin Peaks! The house is up in the mountains a bit, in a clearing surrounded by forest, overlooking the valley below, and both the house and property have a great feel. The views - especially from the great room - are reason enough stay here, but the house compliments the views nicely. Well laid out, nice flow, two working fireplaces, comfy rugs/carpets throughout, cool decor, comfortable beds, big finished basement for the kids. We hung out in every room, watched a few movies, cooked good meals, used the outdoor grill, hiked in the state recreation area behind the house, enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys, had fires in the outdoor fire pit, and had a great day of sledding right in front of the house. We also loved skiing at Plattekill Mountain, which is only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend Twin Peaks!

Didn’t want to leave! The place was very cozy, we felt right at home and the sound of the creek in the background was the cherry on top! You sleep peacefully on comfortable bedding and get to cook great meals in a cozy kitchen and enjoy a walk in the morning to the nearby waterfall! Sunsets were spent lazily on the hammock socking up the sun and fresh air. At night, we really enjoyed watching Nteflix on the projector screen and catching up.

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. Our stay at Grants Island was just what we needed for a little family getaway! The weather complied, the lake and views from the dock were amazing. The use of the pontoon made for good fishing but even better fishing right off the dock! John was more than accommodating with our needs and communication was easy. The cabin fit 5 of us just fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The local restaurant had great food and drinks!

My family of 8 (2 parents & 6 adult children) REALLY enjoyed staying at The Cow Barn Lodge! This home really is a great home away from home!! Donna & Jack greeted us & gave our family a great tour so that we knew where everything was & how to work & find all of the fantastic games and all the space had to offer us. The Cow Barn is huge, clean and well taken care of by Donna & Jack. Donna gave us great recommendations for a places to eat (Roots for dinner in Rutland was delicious & Sugar & Spice was a fantastic breakfast spot on our way to ski at Killington). We loved the location to easily get to ski all the local mountains & also do some great winter hiking at Mt. Ascutney. Since we have adult children, they really enjoyed their private spaces & the game room to play all together (we are a competitive family who loves to play pool and ping pong, but the barn had way more to offer!). As others have said as well, our 1st stay in a barn as a family was awesome!! Can't wait to return!

This is a wonderful stay in a cozy private room. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room itself was very comfortable and well-appointed. I was encouraged to use the shared spaces, such as the living room and kitchen, which added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I’d recommend this listing if you’re looking for a friendly and comfortable stay.

It was a nice place to stay during our trip to NYC.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is very close to several bus stops with direct access to the city, and access to food is plentiful. Do keep in mind that in order to access the suite, you will walk through shared spaces in order to reach the private suite. Not a big deal but something to know if you want complete privacy.

Home like beautiful apartment nice location accessible to all .. city life style , responsive and respectful host , most importantly i was able to find parking visible from apartment windows , bed was very very comfortable, soft and fluffy, thank you and until next booking keep warm and cozy vibes
