Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Hudson Valley

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avenue, union station was steps away from the building so we had easy access into Jersey city and Manhattan. The amenities were fantastic, the gym was exceptional and the front desk reception were always extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself and surrounding area felt very safe and the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean for 3 people and we had no issue preparing meals at home. The only problems we had were the fold out couch was extremely dirty, not comfortable and not able to be slept on - we were provided a roll away bed and mattress once we alerted the host about this problem which was nice. The room is also parallel the main road which is very busy and loud at all times of the day and night. Earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend the Ave though we thoroughly enjoyed our time overall. :)

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

We found this apartment very comfortable - it was very clean and ready for us when we checked in. It was fully furnished including the kitchen and in a great location - a block and a half from many places to eat with outdoor dining and a lively street scene. Parking onsite was very easy as well! We would recommend this spot for those looking for housing in downtown Stamford!

One of the quietest Airbnb locations I've stayed at - very much appreciated. Complimentary latte machine in the lobby was a nice perk. Some of the bathroom towels had hairs stuck on them (ew!), but there were enough clean linens to avoid those. Provided shower toiletries were good quality (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Blackout curtains were amazing! The place was fairly clean, but the bathroom walls had quite a few dirty smudges. Overall a nice place and I would definitely stay there again (I'd probably bring my own towel/washcloth next time though, just in case).

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful . The apartment was very clean and quiet. We felt safe even when walking the streets at night. The train station is about a 6 minute walk; perfect location! Everyone we met was friendly and kind. The front desk was very helpful and put the needs of their residents first! They were very accommodating when we asked for a later check out time due to our later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back if we are in the area again.

He was great at communicating how to get in and out. It had everything that was listed and even though the central AC wasn't working, there was a portable one and it was clearly stated on the thethermostat very clearly stated that they were waiting on rhe part and apologized. There were extra pillows and blankets to use. Plus the place was at a beautiful location. Plenty of things to do and he provided places to see/visit.

Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely rent here again!

We just have enjoyed another nice stay at Bonnie and Craig’s place. They are very friendly and accommodating by walking over to lend us their snow shuffle! Highly recommend this place and its wonderful hosts. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed Greg’s condo. It’s super clean, had everything you need and convenient, we love it! Greg is very accommodating and the amenities at MG are the best! We will be back!

We enjoyed this condo! It fit our group of 5 adults and a baby with no problem. The kitchen has a big table we all sat at for dinners and games. It was convenient to Killington, Woodstock and Rutland. Jonathan was great at communicating quickly, and sharing recommendations (Sugar & Spice was great!). Check-in and out was easy and Jonathan was accommodating with our early arrival/late check out requests. It felt clean and well taken care of. Would recommend!

Lovely place, nice and clean. Balcony has one of the best views, perfect for a fall getaway and probably even better in the winter with ski season approaching. Lots of things to do near by, hiking trails, stores, food places ect. Host was responsive and super helpful. Highly recommended and will def be coming back.

This condo was perfect for a ski getaway. The location was perfect, shuttle was so helpful, and Scott was very responsive. 10/10 would reserve this condo again!

Everything was great - the location being super close to the lifts, enough space for our group of 8, and all the amenities we could need. My group was so impressed, they’ve requested the link to this property so they can book for trips later in the season.

This is a beautiful home that we so enjoyed staying in! It was a quick drive to town, had beautiful amenities and spaces to sleep and live in. We loved the porch setting and all of the plants in the living rooms! Several of the guests in our group talked about visiting again and staying in the same place

Joy and Ron were amazing hosts! The place was immaculate so much so I will be sure to book with them in the future. We felt right at home and very comfortable.

Not only was Marcella friendly and responsive but this is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. I love the interior design of this home, I felt like I was in a Nancy Meyers movie. Beautiful home!!!! Even more stunning in person.

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

Kirsty’s was the perfect place for my daughter and I to get away! The big swing seat out back was a favorite of ours and the beautiful yard really helped us to relax! As a neurodivergent that has sensory issues, the softness and comfort of the bedding, blankets and couch were a wonderful surprise! We can’t wait to come back.

We are so grateful for our stay at Steve’s! We had a quiet group of family members coming in at different times from a variety of distances for memorial services. The clear instructions and helpful information meant that we could be confident everyone would be able to get into the house even if some of us had to be gone attending to preparations, which reduced stress. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and sits in beautiful grounds on the edge of a forest. Spectacular fall color and dappled sunlight - very cheerful and serene. We had two young children with us who adored the bunk room and the game room - it was wonderful for them to have something fun to do together while the adults could chat nearby. Steve was VERY quick to respond, kind and helpful. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.
