Wonderful place to stay at when in Clearwater. It is close to many popular areas so it cut down on travel time. The place itself was so neat & clean. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Villa is a great host, fast response, very friendly and helpful. Got an opportunity to watch a few rounds of boxing with the host. He is an awesome guy. This was my second time using the place and it was just as good as the first time!

This apartment is great. It’s beautiful and just like the pictures. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was so nice. The backyard area was so nice. I would definitely stay there again. The host was very responsive . Highly recommend.

Loved staying here, I was very well accommodated and I loved how easily I could access entertainment, shopping, and dining. Not only that, but the unit had so many great things that I found to be very useful. The host did extremely well with providing help and worked very quickly with us. If you’re into a thriving and alive environment with lots to do, I’d definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back soon. ✅

Clean, modern, and private. Exactly what we were looking for. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Many mirrors. The coffee, drinks, and snacks left by the host were greatly appreciated.

Great place.Frank even supplied a Keurig coffee machine after I asked about it! I loved starting the day with a fresh cup ! He was always available for any questions!

My 2nd stay here. Perfect for my needs: a sister w/a walker: 1 low step in to home and walk-in shower. I was there attending a large family events. Publix is a 4 min drive. Easy for me to get around Palm Harbor. Love the screened-in patio and always use the washer/dryer. Efrain was very helpful and readily responds to inquiries in time frames stated.

The place was nice an Katrina was available and in communication and always friendly.

Love this place! This is by far my best experience airbnb yet. Would love to pick this place again for future vacations in St. Pete. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Plenty of amenities and supplies for a long stay. Locate in a very good area and a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice and perfectly clean home. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep. Would book again when back in the area.

Great place for me and my wife for our one night in the area prior to our departure from TPA. The unit was very clean and was comfortable for the two of us. Basic dishware, untensils, toaster and ice from the freezer in the fridge were available to us for our stays needs. Chris was very informative, responsive and helpful in every way, including the state of the property after the hurricane that passed thru just a few months prior and how to get to his unit via stairs since one of the elevators was non functional. The property is next to the bay, in eyeview of Whiskey Joe's restaurant (great food and drinks there!). On site there is a bar and small food grill right next to pool, which was great for us relaxing and waiting for the view of the sunset. Another great host from the AirBnB community.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not show how close the beach actually is. You literally walk out the door a few feet and you are on the beach. We flew in so it was great having furnished chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. There are even kids toys if you have a child with you. It was also nice having the washer and dryer on the premises. I liked washing all of our things before we packed up. We will definitely visit again.

Communications with clients is extremely important and Daniel is responsive, helpful, and cooperative as well as quick and considerate. He was an excellent host.

Lisa was a super host. My 97 year old father was displaced by the hurricane, his house was flooded. And they didn’t find a place to stay. He also has to have 24 hour care. Lisa was kind enough to except that there would be people coming and going taking care of a very elderly man. The apartment was great served all of his needs. Lisa was super responsive. When I had one of my own apartments open for him there were some issues with the departing Tennant. I asked Lisa if she had another day or two or three. She extended our stay one more day enough time for us to make the apartment ready for my father. Thank you, Lisa. You were a great host.

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

Second time for us to stay at this beautiful condo and will return as soon as we have another chance, great hosts !!!

This is our second time staying at this location, and it again did not disappoint! From the welcome basket, to the cleanliness, and of course the amazing sunsets…we had an amazing time. Hosts are super friendly and very responsive. We will def stay again in the future!
