Monthly Rentals in Hualien City

Due to availability Lily actually upgraded me to a bigger seaside apartment. This review is more for that one. Very spacious 3 bed room apartment, since it is a corner unit, you have gorgeous ocean view from 2nd br which I used as office. A fully functional kitchen was very handy since I stayed 9 days this time. Lily certain makes you feel welcome and at home, she filled the fridge with all kind of food, in particularly enjoyed the home grown fruits and home made Yuzu Jam！ Lily also provided a detailed list of place I can go to eat, list of sites, and pointed me to local travel programs I participated. Many thx Lily, a great experience!

Beautiful view of the beach, simply breath taking, can sit by the window and watch the sunrise for hours... No issue with food or drinks, night market is directly Opps of the building, the coin washing shop is just 7mins walk... Don't be fool by the building external structure... Love it..

Jenny is a very friendly and attentive host, offering suggestions for local activities and checking in on how things are going. Her apartment is very close to the train station, which is super convenient.

As stated by other guests, the views really were as fabulous as shown. I would also note that the curtains were quite good at blocking most of the morning sun. The layout was one large, spacious feeling room with one large bathroom. Wonderful air circulation as two windows opened. Quality and quiet, air con / heater combo. Also had a door to the huge and walkable rooftop deck. Please note that the building is located near the ocean, which can be very windy. The building design causes high wind noise, which can impact sleep.
