Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hove, Brighton and Hove

we really enjoyed the house as a base, to go our exploring, as a place to sleep easily and quiet. We would recommend it .

We had a fabulous weekend, Ian was very helpful and gave us lots of ideas on things to do, the breakfast things and Prosecco were a lovely touch and the house is beautiful and exactly as described. The house is a very short walk from the beach and we enjoyed walking along the seafront into Brighton. The back garden was a great place to sit and relax in the early evening. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay here. Diets, the host, was incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless and larger than expected. The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Although we had a couple of issues at the start of my stay (a huge storm hit on the day I arrived, and unfortunately the large gate out the front didn’t have a strong enough latch to prevent it from banging all through the first night of my stay) Ed had a wonderful neighbour on hand to help, and at 5.30am she came round with chicken wire to help me secure the gate in place! They went above and beyond to help me, and this was a situation that is incredibly rare! The second night of my stay was a much more peaceful nights sleep, and as a single female there in my own I felt so looked after and safe. I’m sure going forward the lock on the front gate will be changed to prevent this happening again. The host provided breakfast, a coffee machine and the attention to detail within the property was right up my street! Especially being someone who uses social media to build my business. I got a ton of content, and as a mum of 2 who needed a break, I got the rest and head space I needed xx TY

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

Hi. I have worked away from home for many years but Maxines home is easily one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. Makes you feel happy and very relaxed.

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. Lovely flat in a busy area with Hove with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Flat was newly refurbished and clean. Jennifer was great at commuting and responsive to requests - we enquired if the parking space was available early and she organised an early check in for us. Lots of lovely touches like prosecco in the fridge and breakfast cereals for use. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

This is a lovely spot for a few days in Brighton. It's close to the sea, and also to the centre of Brighton, as well as well placed for Kemptown. St James Street at the top end has all the amenities you could need and some excellent places to eat and drink as well. The flat itself is spacious, characterful and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Peter gave clear communication at all times and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Jill’s place is an absolute gem! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and spotlessly clean. It’s also thoughtfully furnished, it feels comfortable and homely, very welcoming - they even provided coffee and biscuits! It’s in a great location, and came with a comprehensive guide with things to do in the area - they even gave us tips on where to park. Communication was clear and proactive, we had no problem finding the place and checking in/out. Well priced too! It’s in Kemptown which is a fantastic location, right on the seafront and near a lovely cocktail bar and local cafes, but still quiet at night. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Brighton!

Wow! Annabelle’s home is beautiful. Large apartment but felt cosy with antiques & curated spaces in all directions. Big comfy beds & well equipped kitchen. This is Airbnb at its best. 2 great bakeries, pubs & restaurants a few minutes walk & far less hectic than the sea front, although you can walk this in about 20 mins. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home ( I will have house envy for a while yet!)

Will is a very friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay feel bespoke, providing recommendations on things to do and leaving food and milk for us. Highly recommend Will as a host and his lovely Airbnb!

Charming house and room and pleasantly warm. Jane has a beautiful and friendly cat. She looked after me very well and served my breakfast - a very welcoming touch. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. A very convenient part of Lewes, and altogether a successful stay 😁

Lovely friendly comfortable setting and would stay again

Perfect location for a short break in Brighton. Clean, quiet and away from the busy areas. 10 minutes in an Uber to the town centre and bus stop nearby if you prefer. Comfortable and everything we needed - we spent most of our time in town and/or with friends locally. Paula was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Poppy is lovely too!

Andrew was actruly excellent host. Communication at time of booking and after was great. I couldnt have felt more welcomed. My bedroom was lovely and very cosy thank you. Breakfast was good. Could maybe add cheeses and cold meat for a true continental. Only negative felt a little rushed on departure and really didnt have to leave until 12 am! Would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at Mark's beautiful home! The whole place was absolutely spotless, a great location within walking distance to the town centre, and Mark was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable! Would highly recommend this stay, and will absolutely be looking to book with Mark the next time we visit Brighton! ❤️

My friend and I stayed with Rachel and Morgan for a night as we were coming down for a work do, and I'm so so pleased that we booked with them! Not only was their communication fantastic but we wanted for anything in our room. from towels to spare blankets to coffee and shampoo, I found I actually didn't need half the things I'd packed! the room was cosy and peaceful and the beds were so comfy. the spacious shower had the option of a rain shower which was very cool, and the bathroom was clean and homely. Rachel left our breakfast trays (fruit, coffee, warm croissants and jam) outside of our room at the requested time of 7:30am and we had a choice of time slots about when we could get breakfast, again adding to just how easy it was to stay there. My only regret is that we didn't get to speak to Morgan enough as we were on our way to get a cab when we saw him, but he was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to and I'm sorry we didn't have more time to learn about him. Thank you!

Perfect from start to finish. Incredibly responsive messaging and helpful prior to booking. Flexible check in, nice touch having water left for us after a night out! Lovely breakfast and great hosts.
