We’d loved the place. We was just staying with some friends for our anniversary and it was perfect. Layout was definitely cheaper than buying two hotel rooms. The place was clean, if I had any questions, the host always responded back within 15 minutes. Talk to their housekeeper even one evening she was super nice, very down to earth. Would definitely stay at this place again. I rate them five out of five.

The rental has everything you need for a short or long stay. Thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable bed and fun artwork. As a bonus it was a nice surprise to find goodies waiting for us in fridge plus a good selection of coffee for the Keurig. We would be happy to return!

We loved our stay at April's house! It was the cutest, most perfect space in the best neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. If you get a chance to stay there, you will not be disappointed! Thank you April for a perfect, long stay in Houston.

I stayed with Lisa for about 3.5 months and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m a young girl and needed a safe place to stay for work. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The bed was so comfortable, the place was cutely decorated, and everything I needed was there. Lisa herself was wonderful to be around and very friendly! She would always respond fast and help me with anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb in HTX!

Very spacious place located in a beautiful area of Montrose. Check in was smooth and hosts were very friendly.

This place was cozy and clean! It was in a great location as well and not far from other places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend staying here if you will be in the area for a couple of days.

Anthony’s cottage met my needs in every way; the unit was clean, quiet, bright, spacious, & comfortable. And all the appliances and amenities worked well (the microwave, coffee maker, shower, WiFi, AC). The location in residential Montrose was walkable and allowed easy access to other parts of Houston. Check-in with lockbox was easy. . Although I did not meet Anthony, I appreciated his responsiveness. This was my first stay at Anthony’s cottage and I’ll be sure to book it again for subsequent trips to Houston.

Selia was charming and responsive! Room was ready early and she made sure to let us know. She was there to let us in and show us around the property, and all the amenities. The property is an oasis in the heart of the city. We’re staying again at Xmas!

Lovely cozy cottage with extra locks. I felt very safe at night. Quiet in a lovely treed neighborhood. They let me bring my dog which I am greatly appreciative of. Great communication.

Great place to relax for a few days in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of The Woodlands, but not that far away. Melissa is a great host. Very responsive. The pool is amazing and the kids loved getting up close with the chicken, goats and cows. Would definitely stay here again.

The visual instructions for how to enter the unit we're some of the clearest I've ever encountered on Airbnb, and I really appreciated that. the kitchen was well-equipped, and Phuong thoughtfully left some water and snacks. The bed is super comfortable! I really loved the neighborhood- nice walking paths and trees.

The place is really well set up for out of town airbnb guests. All the amenities, clear instructions, plenty of privacy, and a quiet neighborhood with quick freeway access and proximity to downtown. The lot is fenced and gated, with plenty of lawn space to hang out with your pup, in case you brought your pet along.

Wow! I do not even know where to start. Elena & Erik were super communicative before we arrived at their spot! When we arrived, the instructions given super accurate and clear. There is a little free library in front of their house, which is just adorable!! We walked in the guest house to find a personalized note for our visit, which was such a nice touch. The place is PERFECT & utilizes space well and had more than what we were expecting. The outside & garden is just oh so beautiful!!!! We walked outside and got mesmerized and stayed out for a while just relaxing. I have never been to a more peaceful and welcoming Airbnb. I feel like all my anxiety disappeared. I will always try to book here for every Houston trip I ever will have. Elena & Erik are incredibly lovely, and I would recommend that everyone request to see Bruno, their dog as well who loves playing fetch. Jon & I really appreciate our stay and the talks we had with you both!!!! We will be back.

My stay here was amazing! Quiet and safe area! They have private parking, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Private entrance, everything was inside Airbnb was labeled. Clean sheets was a plus! Communication with Ben was easy and fast response. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Cottage for the weekend with my wife and daughter. It did not disappoint, super clean, comfortable, cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice family meal, the mattress was really comfortable, lots of boards games. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We chose it because it's extremely close to the Heights Theater and it was perfect! Amenities were as described in the listing, everything was clean, and Vicki's instructions were very easy to follow. We felt safe and the area was peaceful and quiet. Would book again!

Parker was a terrific host and very responsive to my questions. The place is so secluded and serene. It was a wonderfully relaxing visit and the pool right outside of the cottage door was a lovely plus! I will definitely be sharing the location with other friends and family that are in that part of town to visit.

Came to Houston for work and to visit our friends. We were looking for a nice place that stays quiet without any commotion and that felt safe. Our flight was delayed and we came late at night, and were able to find the place easy with clear instructions and no problems checking in. Very nice and quiet residential neighborhood without too much traffic. We really enjoyed our stay in the casita. Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved our stay!! So happy with the communication, all the extra comforts (phone chargers, keurig with pods, cold waters), thoughtful safety features, covered parking and the privacy of this home away from home. The house was exactly as I had imagined! It was super cozy and quiet, which was perfect for relaxing during my vacation. I love a clean and quiet place when I’m away from home.

I stayed a couple of nights. I had to drive to restaurants but Randy had some snacks and beverages available. I enjoyed the bathtub very much and the neighborhood was secure, clean & safe. Quite too. I definitely recommend for a single or couple to stay.
