Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hotwells

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here for a gymnastics competition. The property was very convenient for the venue and there were lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The pizzas from the restaurant next door were delicious. The house was very spacious, with lovely welcome goodies which were much appreciated. The hosts replied so quickly and were very friendly. We would definitely come back to this beautiful house.

Lovely house in a great location. Easy to walk to millenium square for the museum and aquarium even with 2 kids in tow. Nice little pub just round the corner and easy access to asda for a food shop. House was clean and tidy, nice sized bedrooms and lounge area perfect for us (6 adults and 2 children). Nice kitchen and modern appliances. Clean bathrooms and nice to have one upstairs and downstairs. Host was very responsive when we had a few questions and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely use again for another bristol trip.

This was a beautifully appointed house with EVERYTHING we needed for a 5 person, 3 day stay! Spacious enough and squeaky clean. The sensory needs of our children with Autism was amazing for when they were sensory seeking but also spaces to hide when overwhelmed by travel. Thank you so much for sharing this space.

Danny was a fantastic host. He was very attentive to our needs and communicated very quickly. The house is lovely, very nicely decorated, and the area is very nice and interesting too. We really enjoyed our stay thank you, and hope to visit again!

We loved Wood Lodge and will stay again, which says it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much cosier than it looks and incredibly well equipped. We loved having the woods on our doorstep and the wonderful kitchen in particular.

This place is absolutely perfect, there's not much more to say. A beautiful and peaceful escape from everything and yet twenty minutes from the seaside or the centre of Bristol. Ten minutes to a supermarket. The house is stunning and immaculate throughout and the pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave. The hosts are welcoming and generous and you truly feel at home. A credit to AirBnb.

A beautifully presented apartment with lovely furniture, mod-cons (including usb and lightning charging ports, dishwasher, microwave, oven) and sash windows. The spacious bedrooms were clean, well lit and warm. The added toiletries were lovely too. The apartment is central and 4 minutes away from everything you need, easy to get to and is a home from home.

We had such a lovely stay here! Was the perfect location and had everything we needed for our little trip, would definitely stay here again 😊

Louisa was an exceptional host! She allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful as we arrived straight from the airport with luggage. Her home is perfectly located, a 5-minute walk to the town centre and next to a large Sainsbury’s, making it easy to buy supplies and explore the beautiful city of Bath. It’s also a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a quick 5-minute ride from Bath Spa train station. Louisa was very responsive and available via phone in case we needed anything. She went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with milk and equipping the kitchen with essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, tea, baking paper, and cleaning supplies. The house was immaculately clean, with fresh towels ans bathroom supplies provided. My family and I felt completely at home and her hospitality made my graduation completely seamless and truly memorable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and I would absolutely return the next time I visit Bath.

The perfect place for us to spend a few days near Bath for our honeymoon. Beverley was so lovely and responsive, and the terrace is gorgeous. We spent some time in the hot tub one evening which was lovely too! It is very close to central Bath and easily accessible by bus or taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again in future.

I'd highly recommend staying here. Check in was very easy. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. Great space for a weekend away in Bristol, easy to walk to lots of great areas. We had a great time and I'd definitely look to book again.

I stayed at Michelle's place for easy access to the Wave in Bristol (about 10 minutes by car through scenic farmland and village). the check in process was super easy and quick, keys in the door, and it was an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the middle of English countryside with a scenic small village minutes down the road. highly recommend if you're surfing the Wave pool, or exploring the area in general.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

A gorgeous place for a little break. The view is even better in person! Lisa made sure our check in was smooth and was hassle free. Highly recommend!

Melanie was a fantastic host, her property is absolutely ideal for contractors working in the area. Bristol can be a nightmare to get in/out of, and working in the centre this property was a diamond including parking! Melanie was happy enough to come in throughout our stay and change the bedding due to a swap in contractors working, and she really would go above means to help you. We went to book this property for the following week, but unfortunately for us but fortunate for Melanie she was booked up and we don't blame the property to be so! Thank you so much, Cerys
