Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. Ideal for our needs as we were visiting family nearby. Nice pub, The Trout, a ten minute walk away for good ale and nice food. Sally and Steve were the perfect hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful cosy place, we even had a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

We had a great stay at the lodge! Lovely treats on arrival for both us and our dog. The lodge was clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed walks to nearby Thornton le Dale and around Dalby Forest. We would not hesitate to return and explore the area more!

Great stay at Hideout Manor. Lovely Hot-tub and brilliant games shed which the whole family enjoyed. Unfortunately due to the weather we couldn't enjoy the garden to the fullest but hope to return next summer. Fantastic stay. Caroline also responded immediately when we couldn't find the remote for the TV and we found it straight away.

We came as a group of 7 and we had such a nice time. The weather was awful but that didn’t matter as the place was very warm and was extremely central. Loved the layout of the place and the hot tub! Comfy beds and sofas too! It was actually better than we were expecting so thank you 😍

Superb location, the cottage was very warm & comfortable. Everything was clean & beautifully presented. Beds were very comfortable & the linen smelled lovely. All areas were neat, clean & tidy, showers were very efficient. Definitely recommend this place to other guests, we are hoping to return next year.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet, well laid out accomodation with comfy beds. Jo provided easy to follow instructions on arrival arrangements. She responded helpfully to my request for local information on meeting my relatives (living nearby). A convenient location for Scarborough sites. My 95 year old mum and I enjoyed our stay very much. A cosy and comfortable place to stay...spotlessy clean with all we needed for a short break. short stroll to beach and handy base for visits to local beaches and places of natural beauty. would happily recommend and will hopefully return again sometime in the future.

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

We all enjoyed our stay at Sea View Mews The location was perfect for us as a family with dogs. The view from the lounge window was spectacular. The cottage was well equipped with comfortable beds. We loved the walk down the lane and across the fields to Reighton beach.

Great holiday home. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough room to all be together but also have our own space. Great location within easy access to the sea front. We managed to park 3 cars outside each day when arriving back after being out. The kitchen was so well stocked and we cooked 2 nights during our stay and all sat around the dining table to eat. Anne was so helpful before we came with helping and recommending things for us. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay, the cabin was amazing, everyone was friendly, and we had a lovely meal in the pub by the cabins.

had a lovely few days at the house. Nick was really helpful, wirh suggestions of restaurants etc to visit on our stay. house has plenty space , and very easy to find. 4 decent sized bedrooms, kitchen well equipped. thanks for a lovely stay

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

Fantastic cottage for a few days away - a really comfortable and welcoming place. Heather was very responsive, helpful with suggestions for activities, and the whole experience and stay was very positive.

Excellent house in a great location! Would highly recommend. We had a great holiday here Mon-Fri during October break. We could have stayed longer, as there's lots to do in surrounding area, eg local animal park, Flamingo Land (40mins away), sewrby halls and gardens. Use of the swimming pool within the complex is included. Also less than 10 mins walk to cracking beach!! Host was really helpful with info about the house, and some recommendations of things to see and places to eat. House seemed brand new, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need for self catering. The house was very clean and tidy.

Fabulous garden and location. Beautiful view from the sun room. Great pool, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed. All round lovely clean and quiet place.

This was our first stay at Rodgers Retreat, it was in a quiet spot of The Bay which was a bonus. It's very well equipped, clean & tidy and the perfect place for a break. Lots of beach walks with our dogs, who thoroughly enjoyed it, we had great weather too which is a bonus 😊 We would definitely recommend & use again as Filey is our favourite place ❤️
