Julie’s place was perfect for our group during our friend’s wedding weekend. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The surrounding fall foliage was beautiful. It was also walking distance to the venue and to the great restaurants located down by the river. Julie was a very gracious host, left great instructions, and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

We absolutely loved the boho paradise! We stayed the weekend for a hair show and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot for our stay! It was so cozy and bright and clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with questions and concerns. Overall great experience! 🌿💕

What a gorgeous space! And the perfect place to perch with a cup of tea and watch the activity up and down State Street. A truly magical Christmas experience. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and I plan to come back again sometime soon.

Such an incredible place - close to downtown and has that old New England charm. The kitchen is fully stocked, and in general, the place is much bigger than what the photos show. Such an incredible deal for what you pay!

Stayed there for three months while working nearby. Claire was a great host. Neighbors are really friendly and I never felt unsafe there. The apartment is cute and has plenty of space.

Victoria was an excellent host! The private space was comfortable and amenities provided for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I felt right at home and was able to sleep with the windows open on the first night of my week long vacation. Portland, ME is less than an hour's drive on the Maine Turnpike with reasonable tolls ($1 cash only! Staying in ME/NH don't let the car rental coerce you to buy the toll pass ). I liked following US Hwy. 1 for a scenic adventure. The location is a short 25-35 minutes to York and Cape Neddick, Long Sands and Ogunquit beaches. Ogunquit, as Victoria suggested, has lots of quaint local eateries and shopping venues. The area is very walkable! For leaf peepers the area is drivable to Massachusetts, Vermont, Northern and Southern New Hampshire, Northern and Southern Maine. Be aware of many restaurants and local attractions are closed seasonally, but there much to explore and see in this pristine New England paradise! I look forward to a return visit soon.

Another great stay! The apartment is VERY clean, soft towels, amazingly comfy bed! I will say, the stairs are a killer, but it’s an older home, so it’s expected. Will definitely be back! Ruddy is a great host, very responsive.

My wife and I stayed at Ken and Amy’s location for 3 months while we were having renovations done on our home. It was lovely staying at the apartment. They were able to accommodate us and our three pets. I loved that there was a separate and private entrance so our dog (who can sometimes be reactive) was never stuck in a hallway. Ken and Amy were always quick to respond if there were any questions and Paul the handyman came out immediately when there were small things we needed checked out. The backyard is huge and has a playset which our nephew loved when he stopped by to visit. Overall, this was a great stay and if we ever need to have more work done on the house, we will certainly be happy to return.

Cute little studio with everything you could need, including that warm bath in a claw foot tub! Maple and safe parking, minutes to downtown Newburyport.

This unit was so perfect for my mom and I while we were in town for a show at the casino ballroom. Super clean, cute and spacious. I hope to stay here again!

Lovely spot in a peaceful area, you are about an hour from Portland proper but it’s a beautiful drive. This place has everything you need.

I'd definitely stay here again. Patti was a great host and very detailed and responsive with everything. The place was very clean and comfortable and had beautiful art. The neighborhood was also very beautiful. Very affordable as well. This was my first ever solo Airbnb trip and I'll never forget it. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Waverly has a beautiful, unique property with stunning views and lots of places to explore. She was very communicative and helpful before and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

Mike’s home is one of the cleanest and most well-appointed spaces we have stayed. Spacious, updated and with thoughtful touches and all the amenities you could wish for and more. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful and incredibly clean. The neighborhood is also very quiet and walkable.

We really enjoyed staying at James's place. The hot tub was closed due to the season, which was disappointing but not comoletely unexpected. Beautiful surroundings and a sunrise that cant be beat. Perfect location for ecploring nearby meredith, wineries, and bars.
