It's a very clean and spacious place, everything was like in the photos, my friends and I felt safe and it was a wonderful experience and the best of all the incredible views towards the lake and the great customer service that the owners provide. They respond quickly with instructions or any questions! 100% recommended we look forward to returning to this beautiful place soon!!

If we could give more stars to this Airbnb, we absolutely would! Illdiko has put so much thought and care into designing the space, and it truly shows. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The bed was super soft and we had such a great sleep! The bathroom products were high quality, and although we only made microwaveable dinners, the kitchenette met all our needs. The backyard was beautiful, especially in the fall, with a peaceful creek and festive Halloween decorations. The chickens wandering around gave it a charming countryside feel. Do take caution when driving down the driveway, especially with a full-size SUV (she has mentioned this in the listing), but it wasn’t too difficult to manage. We’d love to return next time we’re in New Hampshire!

Fantastic stay all around. There were a couple of things that were needed for our stay. Quality appliances (my wife wanted to bake for our daughter that we were visiting and fast, stable wifi (work meetings). The kitchen had everything we expected and after the first day the wifi settled down and was stable throughout the rest of the stay. We would definitely stay here again but would pay more attention to the surroundings. Most of the restaurants were closed because we went after summer and before winter, not much going on. However, it was very peaceful. Also, it should be noted that the ceilings are slanted (I assume this is the converted attic of the building), so taller persons may have an issue. I am 6' and my wife 5'7", we bumped into the ceiling in a couple of places but quickly learned. Not something I would deduct a star but a feature that is nice to know going in.

Perfect home away from home! Cozy carriage house with everything you could want. Mark and Jan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! Very welcoming and took pride in their place! Will definitely be back when we are back in Concord! The quintessential peaceful sanctuary amongst the trees! Thank you!

Great place. We have stayed in both the apartments and highly recommend both. It was snowy this time and the driveway and parking spots were nicely ploughed out. When the power went out in the night, Dave quickly got the generator going and made sure we had heat and light.

It was a homey and cozy place! The bathroom was a fun experience, loft super comfortable. Location was in proximity to lots of great destinations like Kearsarge, Sunapee, New London, Henniker and Concord. Would stay here again!

Amazing host. Lynne was very quick with questions and concerns. She was always friendly and professional. Her place was well kept and very peaceful.

Our family of four (including two kids) enjoyed our three-day stay at Renae's place. The kids loved the piano and pool table. Beds were great and nothing matches the expansive, very comfortable sofa- perfect for movie night with the family (nice TV over the fireplace). We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for six people in the dining room, the kitchen had everything we needed!

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

My wife and I were in town for the weekend for a work opportunity for my wife. She worked almost all day Saturday and wished she had more time in the studio because it was so cute! She liked the atmosphere, how clean it was, and the little extra amenities the shampoo/conditioner provided, hair ties, teas/coffee, etc. I was able to spend a lot of Saturday at the studio. I went for a walk through the neighborhood and just spent time relaxing. the space was super cozy and we would 100% stay here again!

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

Great place to stay after a concert at the pavilion! Definitely suggest if you live far and need a place to stay for the night. Lovely people and close to the concert venue. Would stay again!

nice and clean house

Beautiful place- Jude and her family have decorated the space wonderfully. We didn’t even need to leave too often as there was so much to do right in the Airbnb itself. The view of the sunrise off the deck was beautiful. Also great that the hot tub was accessible right off the deck right outside the door, super easy to use even in the cold! Such a great place thank you!!

Modern and cozy condo stay in the mountains of New Hampshire just a stones throw from many restaurants and activities. The room was well appointed with quality linens, comfortable (brand new?) beds, and minimal-modern furnishings. We had a great stay and enjoyed many of the onsite amenities including the hot tub, game room, and community lounge.

We really enjoyed staying at James's place. The hot tub was closed due to the season, which was disappointing but not comoletely unexpected. Beautiful surroundings and a sunrise that cant be beat. Perfect location for ecploring nearby meredith, wineries, and bars.

Perfect spot to stay for BNH concerts, there is a well lit path to the venue and this unit is in the building closest to that path. Very clean and the best way to see a show that goes later and avoid ubers/traffic
