Good, comfortable beach guest house which is 2 minutes away from a beach. The location has a couple of other resorts and guest houses - so it doesn't feel isolated. There's a common restaurant for all resorts where food is decent. Service - whether Prateek or Dinesh - was very responsive. Rooms are new and well kept. Peaceful and quiet for families to stay. What can improve - room service from restaurant can be allowed. No lift

Manju is an excellent host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He allowed us an early check-in, helped with scooter rentals, shared a detailed itinerary, recommended cafes, and arranged affordable transportation to and from the station. The property is clean, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a peaceful environment. Room is comfortable, with 24/7 hot water and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is convenient, with the main beach just a 10-minute walk, the shopping street 20 minutes away, and the Mahabaleshwar Temple also within walking distance. Manju and his family were very supportive, even allowing us to store luggage after checkout until our evening train. A great place for a safe, peaceful staycation—highly recommended!

Loved everything about the farm stay! Clean rooms and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay. Narayan hedge was such a positive person always responsive and provided ideas to explore the nearby places. His wife makes delicious home cooked food. Kudle beach is in walkable distance. Overall it is a must visit place.
