Joe’s house was perfect for our sibling weekend trip! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! The home was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were very impressed by the kitchen which had everything you could possibly need, including spices, plastic wrap, storage containers, etc., plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. Lots of little touches such as a coffee and tea station w/creamer and sugar, S'more gift bag. We loved the big island which was great for gathering around, w ample seating. The large dining table sat eight and was perfect for playing games. We really enjoyed using the vinyl record player and the fun selection of albums. The beds were comfortable w USB ports on nightstands. Showers were great. We didn't use the fire pit or outdoor-spaces because it was too chilly for us, but the space appeared nice. Joe and Nadine have provided everything you'd possibly need throughout the entire house, plus lots of special touches. We highly recommend staying here!!

The apartment was so charming, and I loved the festive decorations. It was so nice to be in such a great location- the heart of Cedarburg! We could walk everywhere, and their recommendations were so helpful!! They were so accommodating to our crazy schedule of arrival and were flexible with our stay. She was very quick to respond to any and every question! We will definitely be back!!

What a great little cottage! Cozy living area with little fireplace and comfortable seating. Perfectly appointed kitchen area stocked with coffee and tea selection. Ample closet space. Large bedroom with king bed and good mattress! Huge bathroom with heated floor, soaking jetted tub and separate walk-in shower plus towel warming rack! Each day finds a breakfast basket containing assortment of cereal, juices, yogurt, milk, and sweet bread. Upon arrival I found a bottle of wine and an assortment of cheese and crackers and fruit!! Add the responsive staff and you have the perfect place to relax and enjoy Lake Geneva. I'll definitely be back. I know a treasure when I find it.

Beautiful home with ample space for our group of 10! It was our first Christmas without my mother and we decided as a family to spend our holiday somewhere new. The owner of the house made sure we had everything we needed and went over and beyond to make the house look festive! Despite it being winter, there were a lot of things to do. We made use of the beautiful game room, played cards, board games, shot pool and had our daily movie night in one of the two large family rooms. We had such a great experience despite my family’s loss that we are thinking of returning next year!

This place is wonderful. Very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Little details, particularly in the kitchen, make this a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. We were in town for a wedding, so our stay was short. But we would have loved to stay longer. Walkable to the center of Lake Geneva. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Small but has everything you need. Spotless clean! Charmingly decorated. Well maintained and steps from park and lake. Kayaks on site! Owner was flexible and responsive. The bathroom is a little tight if you’re tall (I’m 6’3”), but we made do. The kitchen was very well stocked and the linens and towels were nicer than some luxury hotels.

Nick was very responsive to my questions. The house was VERY clean. Really appreciated that we were able to spend Christmas Eve with family.

This little cabin is adorable! It was nicely decorated for Christmas and gave us all of the holiday spirit we were looking for! Super cozy and nice with the fireplace and cabin-in-the-woods feel. Definitely would recommend as well as stay again. Very close to attractions in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva, Fontana, and Delavan. Thank you for a great stay!!

Kyle was great! Communicative and friendly host. The place was great and if you’re up early enough gives you some pretty great sunrises
