Family-friendly vacation rentals in Homestead

We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

This lovely flat looks just like the pictures. The view is simply stunning. Super comfortable king-sized bed. Well appointed kitchen. The sofa is not very comfortable for sitting as it is more of a day bed, meaning it is too deep to lean on the back comfortably. Great location, walkable to all that Coconut Grove has to offer including g great restaurants and free trolleys heading to Brickell or to points south. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Rays was very enjoyable. Studio was as described. Cozy room, big bonus was the hot tub. After a long day on the beach, shopping, and even just exploring the Miami area was nice to kick back in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine and unwind before bed. I would highly recommend Rays little humble adobe. I will definitely book with Ray again on my next trip later in the year.

beautiful central quiet accommodation with beautiful garden and jacuzzi. We were able to watch lots of animals in the garden. Would love to come again.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Great visit to Miami to see family for Christmas. This is our second time staying at this property which was convenient, clean, and exactly what we needed to give us extra space while visiting with family. Tim was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Really enjoyed our weekend stay at the house. I think it butts up against another unit, but we didn't notice the people over there at all. Very nice layout and very comfortable throughout. The washer/dryer and nice fridge were very good touches, even though I didn't end up doing any laundry as I expected. It may be worth mentioning that there are a lot of sculptures and room decor that our young child was drawn towards. We had to babyproof the unit mildly to put any of the breakables out of reach, but that's likely not going to be a problem for 90% of the people coming. For some reason the ceiling fans in the bedroom felt a little underpowered. The first night we left the unit at a normal South Florida AC temperature, but we had to set it about as low as it could go and have ceiling fans maxed out the second night to sleep easier. I'm glad there were ceiling fans, though, because a lot of other Airbnbs and apartments in Miami don't have them. Close to downtown and Coconut Grove!

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

The Apartment Airbnb was spacious & well decorated. The hosts are the absolute best ! One host helped me with directions, when I took the wrong Interstate. How caring was he to help me. I love these guys. Diana D.

We had a great stay at Richard and Jose's place. the backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs very much. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, plenty of towels, and a very clean environment. The only suggestions our group had are: We'd like to have access to a gas-gril (they have a charcoal one available) and better lighting by the entrance to the external bedroom (have to walk outside to access it). Overall it was a lovely stay for our family and we would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Paola’s private paradise. We appreciated all details big and small. Comfortable bed, pretty pool, mature landscaping, and very clean. Little details from starter beverages in the cute blue fridge to the coffee cups and key charm there is a lot of thought and care we noticed. The weather was perfect so we spent most of our time in the outdoor living space which features both a covered and uncovered seating area in addition to the pool area. Had dinner locally at Edan Cafe and ordered in pizza one night per the guest book listings. Highly recommend this oasis in Biscayne Park Village. Thank you Paola!

We only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved that the room had its own AC unit that we could control to our liking. The space was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely be staying again if we're ever back in the area!

Yolanda's place was the perfect place for my nephew and his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday - Yolanda was very accommodating and allowed them to check in early and was super responsive to any questions we had.

To call this house "well appointed" would be an understatement. Lara is not only an extremely gracious hostess, but she has put so much love into this rental that it really shows. We have stayed at many, many Airbnbs and we've never stayed at one that was so filled with so many little details that were added to make the space comfortable.
