Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Holmfirth

Yasin's communication was excellent throughout. I had to amend my booking twice due to timings changing with the work we were in the area to do. Yasin had no issues with this and was gappy to assist with the changes required. I cannot fault the accommodation or Yasin at all.

The property was in the perfect location for a family event. Really clear instructions to find the property. The home was spotless and incredibly cosy. One elderly guest though did struggle with the narrow stairs but this is on them not on the fabulous property. A lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed. Appreciated the large Tv and Netflix for a cosy afternoon indoors. But the surrounding area was fabulous. Two pubs, three cafès, two Italian restaurants and good walks around the Dam. Make sure you go to Capri Italian for breakfast. Superb! Slight niggles were; no hairdryer, egg cups, champagne flutes or side tables but would still highly recommend.

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The accommodation was immaculate, perfectly located in the heart of the area yet offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for a restful stay amidst beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend

This was a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to the town centre (via a steep hill) and had everything we needed. Good communication from the host. We would happily return.

We booked the cottage for our nephew and his wife and two young daughters who were visiting us (we live nearby) from London. I hadn't booked it before but wouldn't hesitate to book it again. They loved how cosy it was and it also had everything they needed for their stay. Claire had provided an extremely generous amount of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and other goodies which they very much appreciated. Claire was really quick to respond to any questions I had in the run up to their stay and was also very kind and helpful regarding their checkout day when we had heavy snow.

I booked Mark's house for my daughter and family visiting from Spain. The house was just right, in excellent location and Mark was extremely helpful and thoughtful in his responses to my questions and requirements. My daughter was very happy with everything.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect for our stay, perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful room, the building was a little rough in places, for some reason the room seemed to smell like smoke (this may of been because the windows were left open). Only a 20 min walk to the city centre and had lots of nice restaurants around it

We had an amazing time at this place, it was peaceful and the view is absolutely amazing. The old post house is fully stocked, we felt like every detail was thought about and Mike was a lovely and responsive host. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Chris’s log cabin- the perfect little weekend getaway with a cosy log fire and hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than everything that is needs and Chris was a very responsive host and ensured that we had the best weekend away! Would definitely recommend and maybe come back again when the weather isn’t quite as bracing

Great host, extremely accommodating!

My sister and I stayed 2 nights at Gina’s place. The apartment had everything you could wish for, it was like home from home. Tv had a great selection of apps to choose from, so no shortage of stuff to watch. Beds were super comfy and the extra large walk in shower provided with shampoo etc etc was a delight. There was no shortage of tourist information leaflets either, extremely helpful for visitors unfamiliar with the area. The location is right in the heart of Hebden centre so everywhere was easily accessible on foot. Plenty of great pubs and places to eat and lots of little quaint shops. Highly recommend the fish and chip shop just across the road, the food was so fresh and the smell took us back to our childhood when fish and chips were made properly. We had a long leisurely walk along the canal, it was so peaceful, the house boats and barges that were moored up along the canal simply fascinated us. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer. Highly recommend Gina’s place.

Paid for this stay as a Christmas present for my parents. They absolutely loved it and both said it’s the nicest air bnb they have ever stayed at. Diana was great at communicating with myself beforehand, and was there to welcome my parents on arrival. Both commented on how welcome she made them feel and really appreciated the tips she gave them on where to go in Holmfirth. All in all they had a fantastic stay and said they wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
