Townhome vacation rentals in Holmes Beach

Great place to stay! Had everything that we needed for a long weekend golfing with some friends. I could see it being great for families as well. The hot tub on the top floor was not turned on when we got there but it was clean. Took a half day to heat up, which is expected. Location was great with easy access to the beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops.

From the moment we arrived at Jennifer's Place we felt happy, safe, cozy & comfortable! The place is so colorful, decorated with beautiful artwork and festive colors in every room. The kitchen has everything you need, as does the bathroom. Plenty of everything in this airbnb, I would highly recommend it. And Jennifer was great about communicating, hardly had to wait for any response in between, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, btw, near a beautiful park as well as very close to downtown. We had the good fortune to walk there on a Saturday morning, with no expectations, and found ourselves at an outdoor market with dozens of vendors, loads of people, live music, families, dogs, and great atmosphere.

We had a complication with booking a hotel for our honeymoon. Nima was very flexible, responsive, and patient even with the website having some technical difficulties at the time. The area was very spacious, quaint and cozy, and spotless upon arrival. Instructions were straightforward, there was access to tv, teas, and coffee, and dishes for personal use. There’s a Mexican grocery store conveniently located across the street with really pleasant staff where we were able to get some concha’s and eggs for breakfast. Everything was a five minute Uber ride away from downtown as well. I noticed a review complaining about bugs, I would say it’s about as average as Florida houses go haha definitely not an issue with pests unless you’ve never encountered a humid climate 😅 I very much enjoyed my stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Came with friends for a wedding and we all had a great time here, it’s a beautiful space and the views were gorgeous. We spent so much time on the roof relaxing in the hot tub and soaking up sunshine. Host was very responsive and helpful; when we checked in we found a small problem and the host immediately got back to us, came out to check up and fix it, and was super helpful and kind. Especially with the hurricane damage around the beach it was really great to have a home base that was clean and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

Great option if you want easy beach access! Loved the balconies/porch on every level. Plenty of space to spread out.

The condo was perfect for a girls(ladies) trip! Everything was as pictured in the photos. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and there were beach chairs and pool noodles for guests in the balcony storage. We were supposed to stay for a whole week but Hurricane Helene was headed to Florida and we had to cut our trip short but the 4 days that we had was so much fun! I really liked staying in there. We met so many other friendly people while hanging out at the pool. We loved being able to enjoy the sunsets in the evening and coffee in the morning on the balcony. I hope to come back and stay again!

WOW! We did not want to leave. This place was in a nice area and safe area. Much privacy on the balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped and so was the rooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked great . Cleaning supplies and toiletries was inside the home. Great location. The host was checking in , left complimentary in the fridge , very responsive and helpful with the questions. This will be the only place I book in Tampa. I LOVEEEEE IT

My friends and I enjoyed this spot a lot! Awesome place with a ton of cool features and plenty of space for multiple couples. Location to everything was fantastic. Overall very pleased with our choice and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The house easily accommodated 6 adults for a week’s stay. Renters can be extremely hard on things and it can be difficult for owners to keep up with the items that need attention. During our stay we discovered some housekeeping issues and when we brought these to Anthonys attention, he handled them professionally and immediately. The large kitchen & table were perfect for all us of us to enjoy meals together. The downstairs den could easily be an additional master bedroom with its own bathroom. This is a 3 story home, & a lot of stairs. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms, so if you tend to get hot or need extra airflow, bring your own fan. There are some small fans in the closets which we used but we could have used an additional one in the living room. The home is centrally located to the airport, mall, downtown and lots of restaurants. Anthony is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating!

My family and I wanted to get away from New Jersey for a change in scenery and it was great. The check in was quick and easy. The beach is close is walking distance and we were so thankful that they provided us with beach chairs, umbrellas, floats. After the beach a splash in the pool was great. The pool was beautiful we really enjoyed the deep end. The village was a 5 minute drive, you can take the trolley to it but we couldnt figure it out. Overall our experience was beautiful.

what a beautiful condo. looks freshly remodeled with very comfy beds throught. The included private beach access with sand toys wagon and fixins for the beach! Will be closing this condo for future trips to siesta key!

Angeline Phyllis’s place was exactly how she described it. It was gated and a guard was there after hours made you feel very safe. You could walk to any of the pools less than 3 blocks away. There was a small private beach and they test the water everyday so a few days we were it allowed in but could sit by the beach. The pool was so nice and peaceful. The place has all the amenities that were listed plus some bonus. She had Starbucks k-cups for morning coffee that was a hit! Extra water and snacks too. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bedding, towels and wash clothes for our stay. I would definitely book again if in the area!

I can’t say enough how great David’s home. The cleanliness was impeccable. The furnishings and furniture was perfect and extremely comfortable. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. I was very impressed with the little extras that were there which many people would forget such as first aid kit, assortment of batteries you may need, various snacks and soaps. This home truly felt like home for my wife and I. Entry into the house was easy and painless. David was very responsive and was always available if any needs arose. I travel to the area many times throughout the year and I will always check availability here. It is my first choice.

What a fantastic place, feels like a private pool since it’s right outside. Rooftop is amazing and house is exactly like in the pictures. Even saw dolphins swimming in the harbor that we could see from the 2nd floor balcony.

I wouldn't hesitate to book this airbnb again. It was very clean, and we all felt right at home, as soon as we walked in the door. The elevator was so convenient and helpful for my elderly mother in law. Sat on the rooftop every night. Great way to end the day. The location was perfect. Close to everything, yet it was quite and peaceful. Felt very safe.

We keep coming back. That says it all.
