Monthly Rentals in Hollywood Beach

Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

I had a wonderful, long stay in this quiet, very spacious one bedroom apartment with lots of windows allowing for plenty of natural lighting. Clean and tidy space with a huge bedroom closet! Great heating and cooling systems, one in the main living area and the other in the bedroom. Off-road parking is definitely a plus. As a solo traveler, security is paramount, and I had zero concerns during my time here. Convenient and central location. Less than a mile from I95 and downtown Hollywood. Great vibe, eclectic night life. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I rode my bike pretty much everywhere, including the beach, which is less than four miles away. My host Ben was very responsive and a really nice fellow. Check-in was hassle free. Great value for the price and would recommend this apartment to everyone.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Host were very responsive when I asked for clarification or needed an answer to a question. For those wanting to be close to the beach, this place is absolutely great since it is only about a half-block from the Hollywood boardwalk. I spent most mornings taking a long walk on the boardwalk. The unit is ideal for a solo traveler or a couple.
