Monthly Rentals in Holly Springs

We had a great stay. It was set up just as stated. The location for us was great near family and downtown. It was also in a nice neighborhood where we could walk and get to downtown easily. The place was very clean. I would stay again.

Mark was an excellent host. He was available at all times with a smile and friendly word. I highly recommend this studio apartment. The location was perfect, and right near downtown Apex.

The PERFECT getaway stay for two! The property was straight out of a storybook. Gorgeous exterior and cozy. We had everything we needed and loved how it was right behind a park. Close to the downtown area and only a short drive to Raleigh! We would definitely book again. :)
