Definitely an area to consider for holiday, or even just to house the overflow during Christmas or other family holidays. Very clean, ample room, and location worked well. If you are looking for a place to take the kids over a weekend or break, this holiday park has plenty to offer, as does Clacton. Will definitely come again. Thanks David for everything!

Had a lovely stay at Natalie’s lodge. Clean, cozy and comfortable; it had everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings and secure, felt very safe. Easy walk to the beach and local pub. Excellent communication from Natalie before and during our stay. Thank you, Natalie!

I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Michael's pristine bungalow. It is finished with all modern fittings and had everything that I needed. I found Michael was very helpful when responding to a query I had. As has been said before, the surrounding area is in need of some upkeep however don't let this put you off. The house is modern and comfortable and it's only about 50 metres from the seafront. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Me and a few of my friends were staying for a relaxing weekend for my birthday, and that’s exactly what we got. The cabin was spacious and incredibly cosy, we had the hot tub all ready and hot for us along with a lovely welcome hamper for when we arrived. We really enjoyed every part of our stay, including the hire of the extra cabin Zen at Venn, where we relaxed even more with massage treatments, access to a heated pool and projector/cinema area. I’d highly recommend booking the both together, it really adds to the experience. We’re already thinking of planning a trip back, as we enjoyed it so much. We also packed a lot of fluffy and warm clothes in anticipation of it being cold in the cabin, but nope. We had firewood provided for the fire which made it super cosy, along with plug in heaters/radiators in each room, which really warmed up the place. All little worries and details seemed to have been thought about which shows a good host also! Can’t wait to come back to visit.

We had a lovely time celebrating Christmas at Ross and Craig’s gorgeous cottage. The property is incredibly homely and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could ever need. It is by far the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Also, the fact that the property was decorated for Christmas was a really nice touch and was very much appreciated by us all - it made Christmas very magical and special, despite spending it away from our own home. Ross and Craig were very helpful and responsive and happy to assist with any queries to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend this property without hesitation and hope to return in the future!

What a lovely place this is, great location and right on a private beach. The hot tub was great also. The host recommend a hotel in Colchester which we went to on New Year’s Eve which was also amazing so thank you for that. Would love to come back in the summer so we could enjoy the views and beach a little more. Thank you soooo much :)

Beautiful farmhouse, very spacious with 8 adults and 5 kids with loads of room for everyone. The house is even bigger than the pictures make it look. Peaceful location. Large dining room to seat us all. Would definitely visit again and 3 nights wasn't enough. Yvonne was a great host, thank you!

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

Comfortable, cozy stay in a rural farm stay. We used public transport to get there. Buses are ~2.5 hours apart. There is a village shop 15 min walk away which has small selection of frozen food/sandwiches/milk/bread/egg and other groceries. Own vehicle is preferred to explore the area properly. Kids were happy to see the animals and feed them. Wendy rightly informed us that swimming pool was not operational at that moment before accepting our request.

Dispite the weather we had a wonderful stay. Carolines holiday home was exactly as was listed. Was a problem with the original one we book however Caroline was quick to give us an alternative and it was just as beautiful. Would highly recommend Caroline.
