Andy was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with! The place was so clean and welcoming! I loved the stay! I would actively look for another one of Andy’s places to stay the next time I look for an airbnb. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We loved the close proximity to the downtown area, with it being just a short drive back to our “base” for a fun girls weekend in Eau Claire! We had a group of five girls and loved having a comfy sectional to catch up on, and a living room table for games. Plenty of parking for all of our cars too. Very nicely decorated & cozy, relaxing vibes!

Place was clean, today, and welcoming! Host responded to my messages very quickly, politely, and kindly! Would happily stay here again!

Jennifer responded to all our questions quickly. She was always friendly and accommodating. We ended up getting there a little early and she was able to let us know it was ok to check in. Her husband even went and put some boards on the fence where my younger dog would've probably gotten out of. Nicely stocked kitchen. Many spices and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay. We're planning on coming back.

Cozy home close to downtown and walking trails. Convenient location for anything in Eau Claire.

This was the most incredible winter retreat! The breakfast was so wonderful and hosts were so helpful and quick to respond! They thought of everything and were amazing in how they communicated from booking through the end of the stay! I was more comfortable and relaxed in this sweet barn setup than i have ever been in a plush hotel! Cant wait to come back in another season to explore the gardens and walking trails!

This home was absolutely stunning, and the hosts are extremely responsive! All concerns were immediately resolved, and our stay was tranquil. Amazing stay

This was our fourth time staying at Chris and Theresa's property and it has never disappointed us. This rental sits atop their very large garage with windows that overlook their wooded and very private property. We have always called it the "Treehouse" as it feels like you are living in one, and this weekend it snowed and felt like we were living in a picturesque snow globe. Very comfortable and relaxing! If you are coming into town for any event or activity at UW-Stout, this is the place to stay. It is about a mile or two out of town, but very easy to get to and provides more room than your average hotel room. We cannot say enough about the communication and hospitality Chris and Theresa have provided us over the years - the little touches (recommendations, snacks, etc.) and proactive messages are some welcome and give you that little something extra you don't find other places. If you are reading this review, look no further - BOOK IT!!

We chose The Otter Creek Inn for large accommodations privacy. beautiful grounds , convenient location. perfect hosts and we were not disappointed. Above and beyond. Pristine house. Plenty of coffee. great locations. We also recommend The Altoona Family restaurant only .5 miles away. Also 5 star. We were a party of 10 .All were very happy here.. We'd return in a heartbeat. Lovely, friendly hosts.
