Great stay! Both amazing hosts

Great apartment, (if you travel by car), everything is very well stocked and spotlessly clean. Mark met us at the property and in a nutshell explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. Nice comfortable bed, great internet. There were always free spots in the parking lot near the house. Not far from this location there is all the necessary infrastructure, shops, etc. Our stay was short but comfortable enough. The only thing for which it would be possible to lower the rating is that in the middle of the night the heating went into a saving mode and the house became cool, but by the morning everything was restored. Unfortunately, this is typical not only for this apartment, but also for the whole accommodation in Germany (except where you will manage this process yourself). Recommended.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the photos don't do it justice. The location is excellent - close to the centre and to public transport as well as local shops and restaurants, but also quiet and private. Highly recommended.

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment to relax and unwind. I really enjoyed the evening end on the balcony with views of mountains and the starry sky. Violetta is a very likeable, gave me space for me and was easily accessible at the same time. The connections in all directions worked very well. A rich offer of different possibilities in the nearby area (hiking, relaxing, sightseeing, concerts,...) If you want to spend a relaxing day in the sauna, I recommend Hotel Blaue Gams (Ettal). However, please inquire in advance on which days you can come as an external guest. It was a beautiful time and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for everything, dear Violetta+family

Good location, great to reach by train - from the main train station about 15 minutes and then 1 min. Walk. Apartment was clean as seen in the photos. Anna is a very warm and dear person, always responded very quickly to messages. Great, always happy to come back!

Very friendly hosts, flexible and always available for any requests. Very convenient and large apartment. Very well equipped and everything was in great condition. Well located. Could have stayed there longer than planned. Would recommend to friends and stay again on another occasion.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb for 2 nights, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive, providing us with quick answers and helpful tips. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the surroundings near Lake Chiemsee are also an ideal starting point for many activities. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and there is everything you need. For our three-year-old daughter, the goats, rabbits, horses and the playground were the highlight. We can definitely recommend the appartment!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

We were lucky and were able to book this great apartment at very short notice. The location on the western outskirts is perfect, as both the Edeka supermarket (5 min) and the valley station Brauneck (10 min) are within easy walking distance. In addition, the house is located in a very quiet side street. The apartment is very nice, chic and modernly furnished and everything fully corresponds to the pictures and description. In addition, there are also basics in the kitchen such as salt/pepper, vinegar/oil and other spices. The fully automatic coffee machine completes the whole thing perfectly and Martina is a very nice hostess. Only the mattresses in the bedroom are unfortunately a little saggy or very/too soft (we like otherwise) and should be replaced by better ones. Otherwise, we were able to spend a wonderful getaway (with a child and a dog ;-) and also had imperial weather with lots of snow and blue sky. We will definitely be back, as it can certainly be very nice there in the summer.

The little things they do that they don't advertise, like two types of bottled water, two types of local beer in the fridge, fresh fruit, coffee pods, soaps and wash room items that made the place feel like home away from home. Super friendly and very helpful with local recommendations and explanations of everything you need to know to get around Munich. we would recommend this place to anyone. fantastic hosts!

The flat was perfect and in a great location. Constantin was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time!

Very pleasant small apartment where everything is necessary that is not overpriced, quietly located and a great well-being are the points that I spent in the Airbnb after my weekend, which in my opinion are very positive to highlight

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice few days at this place. The place is not very big, but for the two of us with a dog that was great. The highlight was the hot tub for relaxing evenings after long hikes. In addition, it was very clean and in order. We would come back! 😊

Emasculate’s place was as described. Easy check in and check out. It was very peaceful, clean and exactly what I needed for a nights rest on my travels. Would recommend to people who want a nice comfortable stay outside Munich.

This apartment met our needs well. The washer/dryer came in handy, the u-bahn station was walkable as well as Marionplatz, and a coffee shop was just a few blocks away. We were able to spread out and watch TV too.

It is very nice to be here for a while, the room conditions are very good, the surroundings are tranquil, the small town where you are located is also convenient for shopping.The house is fully equipped, the host provided a very large amount of kitchen equipment and seasonings, of course it is not very convenient to make Chinese meals, there is no rice cooker, this is not a drawback, just a heads up to the treasures in the future.The living conditions were also nice, just that the heater in the first room was not too hot, of course it was okay, it wouldn't be very cold, it was the best house we encountered this time around, and I hope to come again in the future.

I spent a nice weekend with friendly couples in the apartment. The house is wonderfully situated in the valley between great mountains. There were a lot of play opportunities for the kids. Pia and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The apartment really leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, which was no problem, as it can make itself very comfortable even in the rain thanks to the sauna and hot tub. I will be happy to come back.
