Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hoàn Kiếm

This was a very nice location tucked away and private, while still being walking distance from all the cool things to do in Hanoi's Old Quarter. If I had more time I would have loved to stay longer. The layout of the house was very nice, and we enjoyed the projector TV. Do was very communicative and accomodating and helpful the whole time. The transition from the airport was seemless and smooth. It was a wonderful, perfect time.

Located in the central, alot of food nearby within walking distance.. the apartment is clean.. juz note if you staying in high floor,as there is no lift.

Very well equipped, clean and spacious apartment for a very decent price! We didn’t miss anything - from e.g. toothbrush or steamer to washing machine/dryer, it had nothin to desire. Everything was easy to reach and in walking distance. Communication was also amazing, very friendly and super easy. It was a self-check in, but everything was so well described!! (Also supported by pictures) We would reallyyyyyyy recommend this stay!

Great location, right near the church. The apartment is set back of the street so it's fairly quiet at night. The refrigerator didn't work but I think the host will be taking care of that.

Our stay at was a delightful experience. The apartment's stylish interior design created a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The hosts were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process seamless. Their prompt communication ensured that all our needs were met. The apartment's prime location near Train Street and a plethora of dining options was a major plus. The added convenience of the cafe below, offering welcome drinks, was a pleasant surprise. While the pre-opening noise from the cafe might be a minor consideration for some, it did not significantly impact our overall positive experience. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable stay in Hanoi.

The pictures provided for check-in were very clear so it was very easy to find despite it being tucked in an alleyway. For people who have a harder time moving, the stairs are a little steep and narrow, but shouldn’t really be an issue for others.

We spent a full month here and loved it! Our third time staying in Hanoi but first in an AirBnb. This is a great area, especially for foodies and families. The apartment had basically everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly and agreeable to every request we had during our months stay. I would happily stay here again and fully recommend you do too!

At first, I felt the lengthy instruction/communication was excessive, but after my first couple hours, I felt the instructions were necessary. Anna just wanted to make sure her tenants get what they need for the comfortable stays. It was nice of her to come by to greet us. If anyone is questioning about the safeties of this place, rest assure this street is surrounded by mostly military, government offices and housing. Yet, it is within waking distance to the old Town and attractions. Small recommendation: issue two keycards to allow those who go to bed early not be bothered by all-nighter. Disappointment: Anna recommended a good restaurant which I tried to reserve to celebrate my son's birthday. Turned out the entire space was booked by some company on the day we needed it. Bummer ....

Really nice place and nice host.

Each room is on a different floor, so lots of stairs! There was a nice room for the group to gather in and very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Having her book a car from the airport made transfer very easy.

Although we had very less time to spend at this property but it was located exactly where all the party points are.. we lived the location and the property.. thank you Jun..

The house is located right next to the food street, which made it super easy for my family to grab meals. I recommend the bun cha place just outside, convenient and delicious. The entire house is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The host was enthusiastic and very supportive. Since we rented the whole place, it felt extremely private and comfortable. Highly recommend this airbnb.

The AirBnB in Runa was a great base for our little family (two children aged 9 and 12) during our stay in the capital. Very well located, we were able to do all our activities and trips on foot. Runa is a responsive and proactive host who was able to respond to all of our questions/requests and quickly resolve the small issues that arose. Runa's AirBnB is clean, coquettish, as well as well decorated and thoughtful. Our only downside; the mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Mai’s place offers an exceptional retreat right in the heart of Hanoi, mere steps away from the renowned Bun Cha restaurant visited by President Obama in 2016. We stayed in 3 different appartements in Hanoi and this was our favourite. Diep and team were very responsive and even organised our airport taxi. Really appreciated the calm and character of the flat, and it was a comfortable space for us. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of extras provided in the flat such as the umbrella. The decoration and design in the flat was also thoughtful such as the wall decoration in the kitchen.

We stayed here 1 week. One of my best experience on Airbnb, apartment looks 100% the same as on photo, good location, everything close enough, we walked by foot, didn't use taxi at all (only to airport). Flat very cozy and we felt like at home, very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept very good! It was very clean also - no any bugs, nothing, I was very happy. Internet good. Very safety. thank you very much, in next time in Hanoi I stay again here 100%

A beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, in a perfect part of the city - walkable to great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights. A really well equipped kitchen and dining area are so useful for long stays; AC works well; bedroom is nice and dark with a comfy bed; truly everything is provided for. The balcony and views make the morning and evenings particularly nice when working or enjoying coffee. And I came at a time with a perfect breeze comes in through the windows! The building has a helpful security and is easy to access if you're staying out late. But really, its Cam and Nga who were the best part of this. Due to some visa complications, my schedule was completely thrown off - but they were so helpful, accommodating and understanding. The communication was great - and they really set you up with all the information for a perfect arrival and stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to come again!

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

this place is soooooo great! the beautifully designed interior is very stylish, yet harmonious and tranquil. we felt at home right away. they couldnt have designed this appartment more beautufully. we loved the balcony full of plants, and the many trees! made you feel like being in a park. they have a waterfilter so you can dtink delicious wayer all day!

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

What can I say- it's exactly like photo's and we LOVE the area too. So much to do right close by- easily walk all around and if you need to travel in a car, a "Grab" ride is never more than a couple minutes wait! So much in this area you could spend a couple months walking around and never see everything. We like walking and their are several nice lake/parks real close plus walking to the French Quarter is only minutes away too. If you like a large, clean place that is quiet by close to all the action - this is the place! We will be back!
