Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hoa Xuan

It's a perfect accommodation like other reviews, it was cool that there was an elevator in the villa. It was a little far from downtown, but it was a quiet neighborhood, so there was no stress about the noise. I'd like to stay again if I get a chance next time

We had the best stay here! Duc and his team are very friendly and helpful. Right away, they helped us arrange airport transportation and provided helpful recommendations for Hoi An. The Airbnb is a unique stay located inside a bookstore. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It is a great location, only a few minutes drive to the paddy fields or to Old Town. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

The accommodation has a bed on every floor, and there is a bathroom, so I used it comfortably. The kids had an enjoyable stay up and down the floor. However, it was a bit unfortunate that it was on the top floor in the refrigerator:) And it's too bad I couldn't use the rooftop. It was a very good accommodation for the price.

It is a spacious and pleasant accommodation around My Khe Beach. Three generations went comfortably with my parents. There's a lot to eat around here, and it's nice. It's nice that you communicate quickly and speak Korean.

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Very nice place to stay at with friends! We were mainly in contact with Thuong and she was the one who checked us in and out. It was very nice to have breakfast served in the morning but felt a bit bad that they stayed with us until we finished eating (and us group of girls wake up and get ready at different times haha). It’s very easy to locate, only 10ish minute grab away from old town and a 5 min walk to the water. I would try to keep doors closed if lights are on at night as the mosquitoes bit us pretty badly (especially in the room with the bathroom open to the outside). Overall a nice stay and would highly recommend!

Great place, right on the beach. Check in and check out was super easy and completed in the villa. Staff were on hand when needed to assist with our requests and queries.

The location of the accommodation is in the center of Da Nang, so it is close to the Han Market, Dragon Bridge, and the airport, so it is good for sightseeing. There is a hot place cafe and restaurant that you can walk to from the accommodation, so it was good to go out for a short walk and coffee. The accommodation is small and small, with a kitchen and living room on the first floor, 2 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the host responds quickly and kindly.

We loved the modern and distinct architecture. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is quiet and interestingly, there are some neighbouring vegetable and flower gardens.

we had a great time at Linh’s place. It’s directly at the beach, super clean and very spacious. All the amenities were new and the layout very modern and comfortable. The beautiful terrace Terrance with pool and the fantastic food in the restaurants downstairs was the icing on the cake. 5 stars we will visit again!

This house is perfect for small group or family. Close to beach, restaurants and taxi/ grabs. Simple living with amazing pool. Quiet, private location. Friendly cleaner who also keeps the fridge stocked with drinks. If you want a relaxing space in An Bang beach with pool and privacy, this is it.

The villa was beautiful, it felt so peaceful at gave homely vibes. The host were very friendly and responsive. We were a group of 6 and we absolutely loved our stay. David was very helpful and an amazing host. Highly recommend staying here if u want to stay in a lowkey place with amazing facilities and homely vibes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back here soon!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We stayed here with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and two 1.5 year olds. It was a place that you do not mind being at all day. At the same time, it’s super easy to get a Grab taxi to go to the beach or into the Old Town. The hospitality is unmatched! This is our second time staying here in a span of 2 years. We will come back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend and honestly you do need to look further for a wonderful family or group friendly accommodation!

Our stay at Mali Villa exceeded our already high expectations. The villa was was just like the photos, with plenty of room for our family of six. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby, an easy walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes by taxi from Hoi An. The highlight however was the wonderful host, Leo. From initial booking she was always quick to respond to any queries, arrange airport transfers, spa visits and sightseeing trips. When we had a bit of a family emergency, it was reassuring to know that Leo was on hand to assist us with help and advice. We only wished that we had spent more time at Mali Villa. Thank you Leo for everything!
