Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hoa Xuan

Had an amazing time here with my family. House so peaceful and staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our day!

Our stay with Dinh and her family was abolutely amazing. We had a duplex appartement taht was very well kept and clean, Everthing was there, especially the drinkingwater supply was well noteworthy. Even more stunning was the included break-fast wich was freshly prepared for us every morning accoding to our wishes. Also the combined restaurant provided us with fresh and yummy food every day. but the best of the wohle stay was Dinh with her husband and family. They are very charming and lovely people and we felt like home! We would definetly come again! Thank you so much!

Vicky wad very helpful and willing to go extra mile to help you. she was kind enough to get us rain jackets and platter of breads in the morning. she also gave us valuable information on local restaurants, things to do etc

The house was very clean and spacious, and Nhàn was very responsive and proactive in helping us with any issues/ requests we had. We had a very comfortable stay.

I just love this villa. I am glad that I booked this place. House's Architecture is quite impressive. very specious. and I love the color and design. and beach is also in walkable distance. Special Mentions: Thuong , she is a gem of a person. she is very polite and nice. she coordinated all the steps - how to reach, where everything is, house tour even booking cab as well. Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

The condition of the apartment is very good. It felt like a hotel with daily cleaning and replacing supplies. Of course, simple cooking and laundry are also possible, so I didn't feel uncomfortable living there. It's a resort with a pool and a private beach, and it's all free to use. However, it's a pity that there are no commercial facilities such as grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet retreat with your family.

Thao and Eddy we so kind and welcoming. Anything you need, they are on it. Thao showed me around the area the first day so I was familiar with where to get local produce. As I was there for a week, Eddy arranged for me to get an electric scooter. It was just so nice to be hosted by such lovely people. As with all the other reviews, this place is ideal. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. While I didn’t try out the pool, it looked inviting for on a nice hot day. As its a little ways out of Hoi An or An Bang beach, which is a positive attribute, your own transportation is ideal, however Grab is relatively inexpensive to easy to arrange. This is by far one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. There were no surprises, only good ones. I would not hesitate to stay again, in fact have already made plans to do so.

We stayed here for 6 days and it was really worse it. We got the last floor, we’d already known about the stairs, so it was fine for us. (3 floors, no elevator) The Suits are located between 2 big “have everything” areas, so it close enough to all the bars and cafes, and calm enough for sleep. (Also all the taxi is really cheap) Nice really calm atmosphere inside the hotel - feels relived, when come from outside, great suit, nicely designed, colorful and private. Room was just we hope. There was no noise from outside, even from neighbors party - soundproof good enough for the day and they stopped around 10p.m. You may feel some distraction from the other neighbors at the breakfast at 7pm, but it depends on people though. Comfy bed, reeeealy appreciate the bath after a days of walking. There are not so big kitchenette, but we didn’t use it at all - so many variants of food around. Bare is very responsive and helpful and in touch with you by texting. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was great. Enough for my family. The communication with host was quick and very nice. We would recommend this wonderful apartment! The host is very helpful! The pool on the roof is super! Only the elevators can take some time. Thank you for everything, maybe see you next time!

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

Clean and minimal feel. Cute dog. Walkable to the famous dragon bridge. Also near great food places like Pizza 4P, other food eateries and coffee shops! Overall, a pleasant stay.

we loved our stay in Hoi An at Hien’s place. their accommodations definitely made us enjoy our experience even more. originally, we booked here for a week. we ended up staying close to two. the room was super clean and had what we needed and the hosts were awesome. they set us up with our motorbike, helped us exchange money, and let us buy the big jugs of water from them. The place is situated right in the middle between the beach and old town. Recommend renting a motorbike to get around. highly recommend!

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

We loved staying at the villa! It was sooooo beautiful and relaxing! Super comfy beds too - I love the decor, I would love to come back with a big group of friends!

We had the best stay here. -The room is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. The place was very clean, tidy and well stocked with amenities as described. The room is spacious, comfortable, and carefully taken care of, making it feel like home. The location of the house is extremely convenient, just a short distance from Hoi An Ancient Town, very easy to stroll and explore the city. The host also thoughtfully prepared bicycles for free, making exploring Hoi An a lot more enjoyable. Cycling through small roads or watching the Hoai River is truly an unforgettable experience! The host is very friendly, enthusiastic and always available when needed. This is a great place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Hoi An. I will definitely go back if I have a chance and highly encourage people to choose this place when coming to Hoi An!

Great home in Hoi An. Probably the best house you can rent in Hoi An. Beautifully done. Every detail thought out. The staff and host couldn't be more helpful or kind. Three big beautiful bedrooms. Pictures don't do it justice. 15 minutes to town, but you might want to just hang out and look at water buffalo.

The stay at peach house was beautiful! Not only was it located five minutes away from the amazing beach but the house owner was also very very nice. The breakfast was very good and she did go out of her way to make us feel good. Once I was late for breakfast and she still cooked me eggs. I also forgot my passport and she directly contacted me and sent it to my next destination without any problems. I would always come back there again! Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!!! Can 100% recommend!

Words cannot describe how amazing Charming Homestay is! Nhi and her mum are absolutely amazing, treated my boyfriend and I like family. Nhi always tried to bring her guests together, we went out for meals together, had drinks together and we even celebrated her birthday together! It was honestly such a heartwarming wholesome experience and we can't wait to go back! Nhi made us breakfast every morning and even went out her way to get traditional dishes for us to try! The cooking class we did with her was amazing, the food was soo good! I have so much to say but not enough words to say it but PLEASE stay here, you will have an unforgettable experience and make such an amazing friend! We love Nhi and her mum so much!
