Vacation rentals in Hispaniola

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Since the apartment doesn't include a kitchen, I believe it's suitable for one or two nights, which is how long I stayed there. Although the host had a local person waiting for us and giving us directions, it was a little challenging to find using the GPS. Additionally, it was a little difficult to control the hot water. I can highly recommend staying at this apartment/room aside from those two concerns.

Our experience at this Punta Cana vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always ready to help make our stay unforgettable. The property was spacious, with beautiful pools right outside our door, and the beach was less than a five-minute stroll away. It was a stunning, less crowded beach with a lovely market for souvenirs. We loved starting our days at Nova, the beach club restaurant, where the coffee and fresh fruit were delightful. Sharing lunch options and lounging on a beach bed while soaking up the sun made for perfect afternoons. For dinner, we enjoyed a short 15-minute walk to Venezia, an Italian restaurant known for its incredible pasta and delicious stone oven pizza. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to share this amazing place with friends and family. If you want a vacation rental with wonderful hosts in a stunning location, look no further! Highly recommended!

Beautiful swimming pool

Primero!! I have been coming to CDC for over 20 years and typically rent a villa but decided to try a stay at Altos and was not disappointed! The location is excellent and the property is even better than the photos. John was very responsive and proactively helpful with all accommodations. I would definitely stay her in the future!

From booking to the rental process Alexander was incredible, total Communication, with very fast response times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Was a pleasure to stay at Alexander’s beautiful residence. Area was first class, with top notch security

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this place. The apartment matches the photos. You are literally on beach grounds. The apartment had all the amenities needed to enjoy a great beach day. The locals are friendly. Would repeat anytime.
