This is the second time that we’ve stayed at Brendan’s place. We love the style of it and it is so comfortable and clean. The location was ideal - easy to walk into town and also easy to get to the university on the bus for our son’s graduation. Brendan have very clear check in instructions and we appreciated the parking place. He also answered our questions very promptly. Thanks, Brendan, for another wonderful stay.

Loritas place was wonderful would definitely stay again when visiting leicester she was very helpful she goes out of her way for the guests and the apartment is very clean and spacious!! :)

An attractive flat, clean and well equipped situated within easy access of both Warwick and leamington. We enjoyed our visit to family all the more due to the comfort of the flat and would certainly stay there again

A very comfortable and cozy space with a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary cookware. I cooked many delicious meals there. Also received a lovely gift from the owner!

Monika is just a great host , she is very responsive . The flat is nice, and very clean which is something I really appreciate . Worth the price . The only negative thing is collecting and dropping the key from a place 10 min away from the flat, this was very annoying to us especially with a lot of luggage and a baby !! I really hope Monika do something about this, and I think this is temporary because there is a key box at the door . I strongly recommend this flat

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really spacious with good sized kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms. It was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. The shower is also very good. It's a quiet apartment block in a very nice area of Birmingham. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Arif.

Had an incredible time for my birthday weekend. The flat was immaculate and spotless. The host explained everything perfectly and checked in to make sure I was setting ok. The flat is close to transport and the City Centre which was perfect. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again.

Lovely and comfortable, quiet with the bedrooms at the back. Chris is very responsive and helpful. Easy to get about. 5 minutes to tram and 5 minutes to Beeston train station.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything had been supplied for our comfort and convenience. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it.

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

It is a quiet decent place to stay. The cleanliness would definitely out-perform other hotels or BnBs. The spacious rooms as well as the garden view would be a credit to a relaxing journey. The decoration of the room just like a gallery which you would stay and read every painting. The host is truly caring and prepared the torch for us to go out at night. I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

We stayed here for a night on Sunday and it was absolutely fantastic, the kids loved the huge space a mini cinema feel. as other people have mentioned there doesn't seem to be a big enough hot water tank to fill the hot tub with hot water, im sure this could be resolved with a large direct unvented cylinder which there's plenty of space to have one. This didn't spoil our time here though and I'm sure we will be back. Many thanks!

the host was kind to me , the place was amazing, we had some trouble finding the place and the WiFi wasn't working but he did try to contact us to sort it , but as we were only there one day we ended up using hotspot which was fine , we still had a amazing time , I would recommend it , I will book here again soon, thankyou for having me

The star of the show is most definitely the spacious private balcony with an amazing hot tub. It’s perfect for your own little private haven in a busy town to relax and unwind! The flat is much bigger than it looks on the pictures with more than ample space to make yourself comfortable. With smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a comfortable sofa and very soft and comfortable bed, this was a really comfortable stay and was perfect for an anniversary getaway We will absolutely be staying here again
