House vacation rentals in Hilton

We loved our stay. Beautiful views, nice and private but not too far from shops and activities. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and most of all the fire pit :) Thanks Mike, we’ll be back.

Lovely location with a beautiful view over the local countryside. Gavin was very helpful when needed, the house was very clean and well appointed. We'd defiantly stay again.

The house was amazing!! Very spacious with a large kitchen and entertaining area! Very peaceful estate, the kids loved roaming the estate. The central pool was great as we could always have eyes on the children. The host and house helper were very responsive and always available. All round Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and managed to relax and unwind. Paula was very helpful and friendly, as was Cindy who looked after the house during our stay. We really felt as if we were staying in a home which we all loved. The Midlands is the midlands and there is always so much to do. This was a great place for us to be based for the weekend. So much so we ended up spending most of our time at the house as we were so comfy. We would definitely recomend Paula and her place and would most certainly book here again.

we had some shortages of cutlery and crockery as well as shower gel and towels. but after a call to Wendy she fixed it immediately. great stay.

Just wow. We escaped the city and walked right into a slice of heaven. The photos don’t do this place justice. You will be so relaxed when you leave here that you will regret having to go back to reality. Kirsten and her dad helped with everything we needed, the road is a bit tricky if it has rained but nothing to cancel your trip over. A true farm experience with peaceful, quiet surroundings, a stunning fireplace, easy living, a blessing not to be surrounded by technology, giving you the ability and opportunity to unwind, rest and relax. We brought along a Bluetooth speaker and had a proper farm jol into the evening with the peace and beauty of nature surrounding us. We left with heavy hearts and wished our stay was an extra few days. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful getaway. Bring your board games and some Old Brown Sherry for those chilly evenings and go and experience true rest and relaxation. Kirsten your slice of heaven will definitely see us again!

Robyn was a very kind host, we loved her rusks, her farmhouse is so spacious and neat, Robyn and her husband stay on the property as well they are very helpful and friendly

We stayed one night at Cape Chameleon but would have happily stayed longer. The house was lovely, spacious and light. It’s surrounded by beautiful green garden. A very convenient overnight stop between Gauteng and the coast but would have been worth more than an overnight stop. Cindy was a great host - communicative, responsive and friendly.

This is a house to admire and love . It felt so wonderful and lived in. Truly a place for a wonderful getaway and relaxing . Thank you so much

Wow what a wonderful place to stay. The home is truly a home, nice big bedrooms, en suit bathrooms and stunningly done. The garden is amazing and if you into birding you in for a treat. Situation is great, easy acess to town, coffee shop, fabulous butchery and quick drive to lovely eateries. Will definitely be back.

Great weekend stay over. Beautiful ,peaceful surroundings. The cottage is situated on a herbal farm. Very clean & neat. Well equipped, fresh clean linen and towels. Warm water, internet, books everything you need . Lovely essential room, mozzie and soaps provided such a nice touch. Safe environment for todlers. Thank you Kirsten for being so friendly & welcoming. Best host we have ever met. ..sharing your little haven with us ...feast for our senses.

Hilton is a lovely area, and the mist can be quite deceiving if you're looking to do activities outside Hilton! The accommodation was as advertised. Perhaps not suggested for more than 3 adults, ideal for a family of 4. 3 very friendly dogs are on the property. Parking is a bit of an issue, the undercover parking can only shield a small vehicle. All other parking is open. The road leading to the accommodation is poor, so be warned of that. Mary-Ann was responsive to all requests, and open to speak in person or instant messaging. The unit contains all the expected basics, with a lovely bath and a baby bath, which was quite handy in our case! I would most certainly recommend her if you're staying in Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay in Balgowan. The cottage was lovely, conveniently located, and offered an amazing view. We really appreciated how the hosts support local industry and artisan products, providing tasters of locally made cheese, coffee and baked goods too. We will be back again later in the year.

The place was absolutely stunning. Exactly as the pictures. Cleaning service and support staff were great. The road the get there is extremely bumpy.

A beautiful home full of character, set in a serene location. The house is well equipped and should have all you need for your stay. Claire was a responsive and attentive host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ty Draig.

Absolutely stunning views. Beautifully furnished and some great original art. Unexpected surprise that bread, eggs, yoghurts etc were provided for the first day breakfast. Very well located for holidaying in the Midlands, and only 4km from Tumbledown Restaurant which is absolutely superb! We will be back!

We got what we paid for, the place is clean, had WiFi and my family enjoyed the place. Having breakfast at the patio was the best for us while listening to the birds. The host was very pro active and was willing to assist at anytime. The place was well located and it made my morning walk worth to remember. It's closer to the Howick falls, Karkloof Falls & Nelson Mandela capture site. i wouldn't mind returning for another stay. Thank you for your warm home.

Michelle is a great host, responded almost immediately and we were in a bit of a tight spot and needed accomodation for 2 nights due to severe weather. Michelle is helpful and friendly and it was a great stay. I can only recommend staying with her.

Had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed sitting in front of the roaring fireplace soaking up the magnificent view of the Drakensberg.

Beautiful farm with plenty of space for kids to run. The dam was wonderful with a tube and boat for lots of fun. House is huge and had everything we needed. Anna, the house keeper, was so lovely and helpful, as was Sarah! Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

phakama’s place was absolutely stunning, super clean and so spacious phakama is easy to communicate with and very understanding too
