Great place for the price. The view was fantastic and Kevin offered for us to visit the sea turtle hatchery free of cost. We had a great couple of days in Paradise.

Just as advertised and a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Very clean and spacious. Staff is lovely! If you’re a light sleeper, there are announcements early in the morning close to location over a loud speaker. Other than that, we loved our stay!

I’m a single woman traveling alone from the U.S. and from the first moment meeting the hosts, I felt like I was part of this beautiful family. I have friends forever here! So warm and welcoming and accommodating. What a beautiful example of Sri Lankan hospitality. The hostess is always eager to cook you a delicious Sri Lankan meal. They put in so much effort to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I need. Excellent all around! Incredible value, excellent Wi-Fi, beautiful home, quick access to Hikkaduwa beach. The host has also been my personal tour guide of the area, which has a lot to see and experience. In particular the tsunami of 2004 was quite devastating to this area, and there are many memorials that are heart-opening. This family even rented a car and drove me eight hours to the center of the island where we spent the night together experiencing other sites! Incredible! I would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to have a unique, personal experience!

Amazing host and the space was extremely homely. It was picturesque and exactly as the photos advertised. The amenities were functional and the space in itself was well maintained and clean. It was an Eco-friendly abode. It was a calm and peaceful stay. A little away from the hustle and bustle but the distance to other restaurants and shops were pretty close by and walkable. Transportation was also easily available.

We had a super nice time in Gianluca's apartment! The place itself is not only insanely stylish and comfortable, but also perfectly located – right by the sea and surrounded by cool bars, cafes, and restaurants. The atmosphere was special! Gianluca was a really great host: he provided us with many good tips, was always proactive and the communication was very nice and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable. A clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! 🌴🌞🏄🏼‍♀️

Janith's place was amazing, exactly the same as on photos, very clean and comfortable for solo/duo stay. Cleaning and linen change is done once per week. It's located within walkable distance to the beach and restaurants, you may also rent a bike from Janith. Nearby there're some restaurants. Internet was good and stable, perfect for video calls. Apartment is located on the second floor of the house with a separate entrance, on the first floor there's a host family. They're very friendly and nice people, Janith is very responsive and helpful as well. The only downside for me was the noise - soundproof situation is extremely bad, you may easily hear children screaming outside in the morning and drunk tourists singing at night. I had to sleep with my earplugs on, however I'm a light sleeper. Except the noise, I felt pretty comfortable there, recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Tri Lanka. From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-maintained, and filled with beautiful natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect space to relax after exploring the area. While there was some noise from the nearby trains, it wasn’t disruptive and didn’t take away from the overall experience. What really stood out to us was the exceptional hospitality. Our host was not only professional but also genuinely kind and helpful, making sure we felt welcome and at home throughout our stay. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend Tri Lanka to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We stayed with my wife and three-year-old child. The house is clean, there is a washing machine, a comfortable kitchen. The host of the house and his family are very nice people. We were treated to a delicious and dense breakfast) The location is good, there is a place to walk. Walking distance to turtle beach, grocery stores, cafes. Everything matches the description.

Very good apartment, everything looked like the photos. You will have access to a big kitchen with fridge and enough things to cook normal food, a room with a table + chair, good for working on computer, a bedroom with big bed, wardrobe big enough for 2 weeks, chairs, and a bathroom with shower with hot water, toilets and sink, and 2 small balconies. Place is quiet, you are far from trafic and nightlife, you can hear animals, especially peacocks who can be strongly noisy in early morning, and hear a mosque with pray in early morning too, but this one is kind of far. They are buildings under construction around the apartment, there was not renovation when I was, but it can be. Host is really nice, everything was smooth and confortable, amazing place to stay. To notice: - even if you can go to center by walking, I strongly advice to have a scooter - water pressure and wifi are not strong, as many places in Sri Lanka - they are dogs in the garden, very friendly

This place is great! Sonali is so responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as described, clean and well equipped. You do have to pay extra for AC which is needed. The washing machine is wonderful to have and a really nice touch. We would stay again!

Stayed from April 31 to March 16. We agreed with the host about a transfer from the airport for an honest price and also a transfer back. The place is very comfortable, definitely worth the money, the host is very friendly, treated with fruits and invited for a traditional breakfast. There will be many monkeys around you, a variety of birds and cute 🐿️ monkey squirrels have never entered our territory since they are shy but it's a pleasure to watch them from the outside. With the safety of the property, you can be absolutely peaceful. Also, friends came to us and the house is designed to accommodate 4 people but without an overnight stay, since the air conditioning is only in one bedroom and the rest of the room is cooled by fans. The kitchen is large, spacious with a stove, blender, rice cooker, and everything you need if you want to cook yourself. The shower room with toilet is large and spacious. The host also offers a tour to Ella and can take you there in his own car for a good price. And on the 3rd floor you will find 2 sun loungers and an amazing view of the starry sky 🌌

Very well equipped for a long stay, great location for views and easy enough to get to the Fort via tuk tuk. Air conditioning very effective and much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great, very short walk to coconut hill and about 15 mins to mirissa beach. The balcony was really nice to relax on, we enjoyed our breakfast there which was provided for free and very tasty. Ruwan really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and even dropped us to a restaurant that we wanted to go to free of charge. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend ⭐️

Although I only stayed for 2 days, it is a place I would like to stay for a month. The best facilities, the best host, everything is the best. The location is also the best as it is located between Weligama beginner’s surf beach and Mirissa beach.

I with my friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our time there! The place is lovely and 100% matches photo, Location is also very good - there're beach, cafes and big grocery store are in 15-minute walk. Kelani and Shantha were very welcoming and supportive in everything! Highly recommend this place, would love to revisit it!
