Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Highland

I loved staying at Mikaylas cabin! I came with my family and everyone was raving about how wonderful it was. It was cozy, had spacious rooms and areas, and was well decorated. The spa and fireplace were a nice touch and I loved how there were signs everywhere on how to navigate the house and what rules were expected. Mikayla was also super quick to respond to any questions or concerns and was always friendly. 10/10 would stay here again.

We haven't stayed there yet but we know the location. My husbands parents owned a cabin in this area prior to a fire that burned that area down. Her pictures look amazing so we cannot wait to stay. BUT the hosts are AMAZING. They are friendly, responsive-we were under a power outage for 5 days in a row and then she informed us her place was under an outage the day were were coming up. I explained I did not want to go to a location with no power as I was just leaving mine with no power and she immediately responded with choose whatever days are available on the calendar and we will block it out for you. So we are set to go in a little over a month and we can't wait!

From the moment I checked in to the morning I checked out, this little hidden gem was awesome. A little different from your typical Air BnB on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like home. Every detail was well-thought out and there were helpful signs and a binder that addressed any concerns one might have. I had everything I needed the entire time and the host was friendly and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place and host!

We loved our stay here!! The home was so beautifully decorated and the house itself was a great size. The amenities were nice and exactly how they were described. The bathrooms were stocked with some necessities which made it easy on us ! The fully fenced in yard was great for our dogs to walk around and hangout. We will definitely stay here again!

Derryn was a fantastic host! His place was stunning and extremely well kept. It was everything our group was looking for. I enjoyed all the fine details and warm touches around the house that made it extra homey. The kitchen was well stocked and had no problem cooking large meals for a big group. Derryn was communicative and responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend his listing! Just book it now!

We were in town to move our daughter into her dorm for her first year at Pomona College. Nela left a sweet note of encouragement and supplied much appreciated Trader Joe’s snacks! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect. We were able to take a nice 10-15 minute walk to campus (10 to the village). We appreciated the off street parking the evening that we still had all of my daughter’s things loaded in the car. We would absolutely stay at Nela’s place again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming home! It’s the perfect spot for a couple’s getaway, warm, inviting, and beautifully set up. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions for everything, from using the appliances to the fire pit, making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted stay!

Great location for us to get to family.! We had a lot to do so didn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub.! Next time.! Only small issue there wasn’t enough toilet paper one roll per restroom. There were plenty of towels that was great.! Thank you for sharing your space with us.!

We recently stayed for a long weekend at Mike's place. it's clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking wares and condiments. The bathrooms were clean. The property was surrounded by huge pine trees, birds, and squirrels. The community that this property belongs to has its own private beach on the Lake, which would be super cool in the summer. But even right now, the lake view on the beach is pretty and peaceful. Just a reminder, there are quite a few steps from the parking lot to the door. End of day, it's a mountain living. :-)

Great, convenient location at the foot of Snow Summit.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family of 4 and the kids loved the game room. The beds were super comfortable and we loved that the primary bedroom had heated blankets. The house is about a 15 min drive to the Village and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We had a great experience!

This place was beautiful and in a nice spot. Daniel was responsive and helpful during the whole process. My friends and I enjoyed out time here. There were plenty of amenities. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The blankets were a nice touch since they were very warm. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Dena was an awesome host and the cabin was perfect for our mountain getaway. Big Bear Village was a mere 8 minute drive from the cabin and the snow play activities was less than a five minute drive. The location was great and there was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the scenery and have our 2 year old explor. The inside of the cabin was super cozy and comfortable. One night we simply ordered in some pizza and enjoyed a movie night in front of the fireplace. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this cabin! It’s cozy and perfect for a nice get away. The cabin is near Resturants and snow play areas which was a bonus! Neighbors were very I nice and welcoming. The host was very kind and responded to our questions very quickly which we appreciated very much! I would definitely recommend this place! Everything is up to date we had no issues at all and enjoyed our stay! Thanks to our wonderful host you guys are the best !

Was close to many restaurants. We got no snow but it was still nice. The morning hikes were our highlight of our trip.

The cabin was beautiful and very home like would definitely recommend!
