Great gem in London! Tube is close by and walking distance to the Greenwich market and surrounding areas. If you do not want to be in the main city with all tourist I would highly recommend staying here. Place is nice and cozy! The host are very welcoming too. Thanks!

Great location for relaxing break

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

This is my second stay and all I can say is it’s perfect! Feels just like home and Olubunmi is always helpful.

Fantastic house in a great location near the beach. Good parking for two cars with access down an unmade road. Great size for large family or group. We appreciated the variety of social space. Everything we needed in the house including a few extras - though we couldn’t find a hairdryer. Thank you for having us.

Went to stay a night to getaway from depressing London. Megan’s BnB was perfect honestly. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Had a nice mental break from work. Hot tub was an overall bonus and I genuinely could go on about this place. I will be booking again! Thanks Megan & Alex for your place!

Dominic's place is in a great location and has a nice parking space right next to the door. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need for preparing meals at home. It also has a washer/dryer that works very well. Dominic was quick to respond to my messages and a very accommodating host. It was really easy to walk downtown from the house and there were two local grocery stores close by so we only needed to use the car for our trips outside Tunbridge Wells to see some of the local castles, historic homes and gardens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and I really enjoyed the large bathtub. Both bedrooms had plenty of drawers and space to hang clothes. There was a nice patio but we didn't use it because the weather was cold and rainy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, the little touch of a KitKat on the bed so thoughtful. Easy to communicate with and quick too.

I have just arrived home from my stay at Olivia’s London accommodation. The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing with a short walk to the O2 and tube station making getting around so easy and straightforward. The only thing that we feel could improve the stay would have been some bedside tables, some lamps so you didn’t need to have the main lights on all the time and a refresh on the crockery. But other than those very small issues this was a lovely stay. We would look to stay again if we had any shows or events that side of London.

The place was easy to find and very close to the town and sea front. Great for stroll past the band stand and a quick hot chocolate at Makcaris. The flat was beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and it is quiet for a good night's sleep. Really wish we had a few more days to explore some more..

My daughters and I came down to Hastings for a party and stayed one night. Dan's is a lovely place. It was warm and comfortable despite the December gusty winds and freezing temperatures. It is full of gadgets which the girls found a lot of fun. It's very close to the ocean and there is a convenient little shop a few yards away. Dan also left some wine and staples in the fridge which was so kind. I highly recommend staying here. Also dog friendly but it is very clean and well-managed.

Absolutely spotless property, very comfortable for the few nights break we had planned. A great spot for a base for exploring the area and lots of walks from the front door. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, and had everything we needed. The instructions are the clearest we've ever seen and made it so much easier to use the TV, oven etc etc.

This room is exquisitely beautiful, especially after residing for a month. The balcony, adorned with traditional wooden tables and chairs, is a masterpiece. The living room is spacious, featuring grand sofas and an exceptionally sophisticated television. The kitchen’s array of utensils and tableware surpasses expectations. Both bedrooms offer plush mattresses and pristine linens, with wooden shutters adding charm. The landlord has lavished care on this once-beloved home, evident in every meticulously chosen item, from the four art books in the living room to the diverse library collection. Communication is swift. The gym downstairs rivals five-star hotels, often providing a private workout experience. A five-minute walk leads to a bus stop with at least three routes to Canary Wharf, a bustling transport hub and vibrant part of London. Here, modern skyscrapers seamlessly blend with 200-year-old buildings in a captivating harbor setting, though it may not appeal to those of “old money.”

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Great instructions on location and how to get into the property. Ideal location and lovely balcony with sea view. Flat was clean (although a couple of things could do with upgrading, blinds, rub marks on walls etc) but it did not interfere at all with our stay. Overall a lovely flat in a lovely location and very happy.
