Perfect location for a stay in Broadstairs. The basement apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend with our dog and we will definitely be back again. Perfect hosts

We had a wonderful stay at Renata‘s home. The house is very beautiful, comfy and we felt at home. Really comfy beds and a great terrace. The location was perfect for us, close to Broadway Market, Columbia Road and a lot of pubs and cafes. Renata was a super friendly and helpful host! We highly recommend staying at her home. Very nice and cosy place , done extreamly well with the space he had

Although we had a bit of difficulty first finding the place, Andy was readily available to get us back on track. Accommodations were as expected. Couldn’t figure out the coffee maker but with Coffee Bean right across the road it was all good. Definitely would consider for a return visit!

Thanks for great hostage. Despite it was short notice the host helped me easily find the place. The host was super nice and friendly. I found the location very quite and safe, it was very easy to commute to central London, easy to find shops nearby for extra late night snacks. Apartment was clean and matches the one in the picture. Overall, super happy. Definitely see you again!

I have just arrived home from my stay at Olivia’s London accommodation. The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing with a short walk to the O2 and tube station making getting around so easy and straightforward. The only thing that we feel could improve the stay would have been some bedside tables, some lamps so you didn’t need to have the main lights on all the time and a refresh on the crockery. But other than those very small issues this was a lovely stay. We would look to stay again if we had any shows or events that side of London.

Great host and would recommend and stay again

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

Mikes place was ideal for,our visit to Medway. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and the TV / Wi-Fi was very good. We were greeted by Abbie who was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mikes place to friends and family.

Decided to take a quick christmas holiday break with my family and coming to this place was perfect. Decorated all Christmassy made it feel like home-from-home. Kitchen provided full amenities to cook with, with everything closed on Christmas day. Sat in a perfect location to be around on such short notice with everything nearby, and the sea right in front of you for a view. Anna was really pro-active and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Simon’s place was perfect for our short stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Modern and bright with great views of the sea. Would definitely recommend!
