Monthly Rentals in Hickory Bay

Located in stunningly beautiful landscape of Banks peninsula, Rebecca and Neil’s place was a perfect place to rest and experience nature and sea life. I wish I had had more time to explore the area. I particularly appreciated their helpfulness and the breakfast with fresh fruits from the garden.

This is such a great place to come to get away from it all. We were discussing it as a group and feel like it’d be good for sports groups, team building outings, family reunions groups of parent friends with kids, youth groups and church trips, anything like this. We were a group of friends and our kids staying for the weekend. There was so much to do at the house that we didn’t mind quite a few patches of rain. We played table tennis and pool, had a couple of bbqs, played guitar in the lounge, kids watched DVDs etc. there is everything you could imagine supplied. It’s like an old kiwi bach. We can’t wait to return if you’ll have us. Thanks for the amazing hospitality

Vicki is a great communicator regarding all things at her Airbnb! The house has wonderful views of the town below, worth the walk up the hill. The spa was a bonus and Vicki’s place was well equipped for kids!

Rose Cottage is my "go to" air bnb in Akaroa. Surrounded by bush and birdsong, it's charming. Very private yet walking distance to the village. Clean and inviting, and not too much personal clutter which we really appreciated. We were toasty warm with the heatpump & there's a fire we could have lit too, but chose not to. Lucy was quick to contact us, and really helpful. It's the perfect Akaroa cottage for 2-4 guests.
