Charmaine's place was exactly what we needed at the end of a hectic 3 week visit to the UK that included Christmas in London and a New Year wedding in Glasgow. We had previously lived in Woolstone for 8 years so we knew exactly what to expect as far as the general location and surroundings, including 2 good pubs and the Grand Union Canal within walking distance, but the property itself was very relaxing and peaceful, spotlessly clean and so well-equipped. A lovely home-away-from home!

The loft is a lovely cosy spot. My friend and I were visiting the area for an event and The Loft was perfectly located for us. We visited the Fox and Hounds for a meal and had a very enjoyable evening. Good food and friendly service. Celine is a friendly and helpful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Ideal!!

Fantastic property in an ideal location

Our stay was the perfect weekend reset celebrating my partners birthday. The views were incredible and the whole weekend was so peaceful. 30 seconds from the front door there is access to beautiful walks round the lakes, or into the neighbouring villages Through Greystones Nature Reserve. Bourton is just a short walk and definitely worth a visit. Overall, easy check in with super friendly hosts, great place, great location We will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely village. It has an excellent location where you can walk to all local shops and pubs. There are also several walks you can do from the front door which was good for our dog. Lots of places to visit nearby. This is the second time we stayed and we are planning our next trip. Ed was an excellent host.

We stayed over a New Years Eve and it was cosy warm and the theatre, sights, restaurants were just a short walk away. Stratford upon Avon is a town worth visiting. The house is well cut, nicely furnished and we can only recommend.

From the moment I booked Katie was helpful and friendly which was very much appreciated. I was asking for local things to do with our young children, and she quickly replied. The house was so lovely. We felt really at home. It was clean and as advertised. The hot tub is in an out house a few metres from the house. The space was quirky and full of character. We had such fun using the hot tub. One thing to note, the single beds are quite springy, very comfy and cosy, but maybe not suitable for a tall adult or a man.

Great place to stay for the whole family. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to Bourton high Road. Festive touches were lovely and we had a great weekend. Thank you!
