We were a group of 4 friends and shared the place. We had the best time. The beautiful accommodation was even better than expected as we had perfect ocean views not only from the balcony of the master bedroom but also from the downstairs living room. We spotted lots of whales even from inside the accomodation. Everything was clean, felt very safe, and was decorated with an eye for detail!

Such an attractive apartment. Perfectly clean, well-equipped, thoughtfully resourced and convenient for restaurants, shops, cliff top walks and all the other delights of Hermanus. It was easy to find and parking was problem-free. Adele was wonderful - so helpful and kind. We felt so welcome and supported as overseas visitors. 100 per cent recommended!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Mila’s place. It’s perfectly situated in Hermanus as it’s close to the main town centre but still private and quiet. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need. There are lovely personal touches such as chocolates, hand soaps, coffee pods and much more. Marianne and Karin communicate well and nothing is a bother to them. Thank you for our amazing stay. We will certainly recommend Mila’s Place to friends and family, and hopefully visit again next year.

Our time was wonderful: the hosts were very helpful, the apartment is by far the nicest airbnb we've had so far. The only thing to note is that you hardly get to have breakfast on the wonderful terrace as you are constantly distracted by whales and dolphins in the sea, which you can watch from the terrace :)Many thanks for a wonderful time!

The apartment was very easy to find, we felt safe & secure. Clean & tidy. Even had a few books for us to read. Everywhere was either in walking distance or easy to get to by car. Elaine who welcomed us was "top notch". If we were staying longer we would have required more of a kitchen area to cook something a little more elaborate. However there is a braai area that also would have suited us

My boyfriend and I stayed in Hermanus for 3 nights and if we could we would have spent more time there! We loved Wiums place and it was even more beautiful than we expected!! The kitchen was fully equipped, even with some coffee capsules and sooo delicious Rusks!! It was a treat every morning!! And of course we have to mention the big balcony which is bigger than you think! We had great breakfasts there. Wium was an awesome host! So friendly, very fast in responding and he gave us so many nice recommendations for the neighborhood. We are very thankful for our time in Wiums place and definitely would come back, if we get the chance!

Beautiful accommodation. Looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Beautiful view of the ocean on the balcony. Made good use of the electrical braai, was lovely to use and found it spotless. Entire Airbnb was very clean and neatly organised. Chane was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and well settled in. The pool was also really great to swim in! Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay of nine weeks at the Airbnb of Emma. The apartment offers everything you need during such a long stay and was nicely decorated. We could also use the washing machine at the main house and didn't have to go to a laundry service, which we appreciated very much. We loved sitting in the patio and relaxing at the pool. There is so much sightseeing to do in the area of Gordons Bay. We especially loved our trips to Cape Town and the Stellenbosch Cape Winelands. Bikini and the Main Beach are in walking distance and so are many restaurants along Beach Road. I highly recommend this Airbnb and Emma is easy to reach and answers very quickly. We would certainly stay there again, if we would return to the Gordons Bay area.

Our stay at Annie's place was a delight. Annie took great care in the detail of little things, she supplied basics that we have never found anywhere else. The helper was a treat and surprised us by washing my laundry without asking. She did a great job and it was beautifully washed and smelled amazing afterwards. Although we only stayed for a night, the location was a great and convenient stop over on our way from Cape Agulhas to Hermanus. The place was spacious enough for my wife, our kids and mum and they all described the experience and comfort in the rooms as 5-star. Definitely a next time when we make another trip!

I spent one night in this lovely 1 bed. Off-street secure parking and separate entrance. The flat is stunning. The decor is so tasteful with lots of really lovely little touches. The bed was super comfy. I will stay again on my next trip to Betty’s Bay. It’s a must. Thanks Peter and Belinda for being so lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Van As and Marianna's place. It exceeded all our expectations, and everything looked even nicer than in the pictures. The view of the ocean is beautiful, and we even spotted adorable penguins in the yard. The muffins left for us on the table were delicious! Great to just sit there and relax. Would stay there again. Access to beach and surroundings is easy and the parking garage worked out well. Even had a small elevator to avoid three flights or steps!

Highly recommend. This was an incredible and beautiful space. Loved the wood fired hot tub and beautiful braai space area—Star gazing and bird watching/ listening. Super close to the beach, you can hear the waves early in the morning. The space had everything we needed in terms of amenities for our little getaway. We had an amazing time! We’d love to come back again!
