A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Apartment have a great view on Kotor Bay, you can sit on the balcony and watching ships on the sea. Accommodation is clean, nice and modern with all needed stuff. Filip is a great host, he answer very quickly. I recommend 👌

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

We stayed here as a group of 8 for about a week and had a great time. Đorđe and his family are excellent hosts who make you feel welcome and are always there to help. Nevertheless, our stay in the apartment and the beautiful garden felt very private. Apart from the somewhat limited kitchen equipment, everything was perfect and we would definitely return someday.

Beautifully situated villa with direct access to the sea in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by Ugi, who took us to the premises and explained everything. Teodora was also very responsive. We arrived in mid-October, when the off-season had started, so the Lustica Peninsula had very few guests. The beaches were empty, but it was still beach weather with sea temperatures over 20°C. Highly recommended. The only issues worth mentioning were the long staircase down to the house and the lack of a traditional oven, as there was only a combined microwave/steamer oven,

Absolutely wonderful place with breathtaking views. Very friendly, helpful and caring hosts. Comfortable rooms and well equipped with essential tableware kitchen. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely garden with fig trees which we were kindly encouraged by the hosts to pick as much as we pleased. A dream and a heaven not less. Highly recommend for people who do not like crowded holiday resorts. The only downside - acoustics across Boca bay is exceptional and we could sadly hear Herceg Novyj disco almost every night. But the place itself and the hospitality of the hosts prevails every bit of it - we were very sad to leave this paradise.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! What a beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Tatjana was so helpful and friendly throughout the process from booking to check out. She gave us lots of handy tips and recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Sean is very attentive and informative. Easy check in and check out. The apartment has spectacular views. İt is brand new with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Few minute walk to the beach and marina. I recommend this place!

We stayed over 30 days with two kids. Apartment was bright, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Has a beautiful balcony. Lots of gifts from owner as well. She is very responsive and helped with everything we asked for. Close to Portonovi and shore. Didn’t need a car, walking distance from market which is pretty nice too. If we ever come back around here, we would love to stay here another time. Thank you Danka for everything.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!

Stayed for a week in Mae. Everything was great, very friendly family, the apartment is compact but cozy and has all the necessities for life. Two supermarkets are 2 minutes away.

Lovely place to stay in Herceg Novi. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view. Great apartment - two big beds and decent size bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Host was wonderful!!
