House vacation rentals in Herceg Novi Municipality

We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the Herceg Novi area! It was great! Just about everything that could go wrong the first days of our vacation also went wrong (accident with rental car, kids locked themselves in,...). Aleksandra and her family have always assisted us fantastically with advice and action. If there were a superlative for 'Superhost', Aleksandra and her family would be more than worthy of that title. In the accommodation itself you could literally eat off the floor, everything was sparkling clean and as good as new. All amenities were present and it actually looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The children loved the tent in the living room and the beautiful swimming pool. The family has a nice bar with a large playground for the kids right next to the accommodation (the ice coffee with fresh ice is highly recommended to start the day). Price-quality ratio was sublime. Highly recommended!

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

We can absolutely recommend Nadia and Val's house in Montenegro on the Luštica peninsula. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our vacation days. The house is just as described, if not even better... ;). It was super clean and really equipped with everything you need. On the one hand, the architecture reminded us of Tuscany but also with the beautiful tiles of Portugal. You have a fantastic view of the bay and even from all three bedrooms. The garden is Mediterranean and beautiful with olive trees, lavender, rosemary trees, orange trees and the infinity pool is a small highlight. Val welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us with all questions and concerns. A very special thank you for this!

We stayed here as a group of 8 for about a week and had a great time. Đorđe and his family are excellent hosts who make you feel welcome and are always there to help. Nevertheless, our stay in the apartment and the beautiful garden felt very private. Apart from the somewhat limited kitchen equipment, everything was perfect and we would definitely return someday.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

We really enjoyed our time at Dusan and Nelly's place. They are very warm and open-minded hosts! Both were always responsive and gave us good tips for things to do in the area. A special surprise was the birthday cake for our girls. The apartment's decor is new, thoughtful and of high quality. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were very helpful. The view from the terrace was also a dream! And the pool was used very intensively by the girls. Due to the loving and personal design, we immediately felt very comfortable.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Since I was a child I wanted to go on vacation somewhere where I have both mountains and sea, because I love them both. Here, at Savo's location, you have these things and even more, a fantastic view of a fjord. You read that right, a fjord, because that's what the Bay of Kotor is. The location is wonderful and the apartment makes you feel at home. I know that maybe for some people the beach or the supermarket seem a bit far, but if you chose this location it means that you have a car. In the end it was a very successful vacation and for this we thank Savo very much!

Beautiful location, the house is more beautiful and spacious than on the pictures shown. The views are stunning and the animals from the neighbours around are a nice plus. We loved our stay.

Thank you so much for your smiling welcome, your availability, your Jovana tips. The place is magical with unobstructed bay views. A private terrace gives direct access to the sea. The house is very nice with spacious and very bright rooms. We felt extraordinarily soothed away from the excitement of the seaside resorts. We were really sad 😢 to leave our host and this little corner of paradise.

Absolutely wonderful place with breathtaking views. Very friendly, helpful and caring hosts. Comfortable rooms and well equipped with essential tableware kitchen. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely garden with fig trees which we were kindly encouraged by the hosts to pick as much as we pleased. A dream and a heaven not less. Highly recommend for people who do not like crowded holiday resorts. The only downside - acoustics across Boca bay is exceptional and we could sadly hear Herceg Novyj disco almost every night. But the place itself and the hospitality of the hosts prevails every bit of it - we were very sad to leave this paradise.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! We stayed for the winter NY holidays and it was a great place. Quiet, great-great view of the bay from the balcony. The balcony is big enough for 5 people I think. The shower is good and the water is ok. Heating as usual in the area with a\c, so cozy-cozy, but ok, just need smth warmer than usual. Driving to the house is a bit complicated due to the steep slope and narrow road, but leaving a car on the road below is possible and safe. Driving to Tivat takes around 15-20 minutes without traffic. The sea is very close, and a full-year restaurant and bakery are within walkable distance.

A lovely fifteen days. Clean and well maintained functional house. The hosts are pleasant, very valiant, very very good hospitality by Zeljko and his wife, responsive and very very honest. House equipment very well, lots of cooking utensils (dishwasher broken). The garden is very nice and the space in front of the house to eat at the top (sheltered and in the shade). Easy parking. Quick access to the house the main road passes just below. (a little noisy). Beach and beachfront 10mn walk away. Neighborhood around the house under great work! while we were there. a little noise at times. A great stay Thank you Zeljko

It was a wonderful time. Though I would like to mention several details for the next guests: - is located quite far away from the beaches, it takes about 25 minutes to go to the house from the nearest beach. We considered this as an exercise so it worked well for us. - There is only one A/C in the living room. - There’s only one bedroom. The host was very welcoming, and helped with anything that we asked for.

My family and I enjoyed a great stay at Dragana's villa. It is in a very peaceful location with great views over the surrounding mountains and sea. As a result it is very quiet and private but also means a car is a must to get to shops, restaurants, etc. There is a shop van which comes daily and sells bread, water, vegetables and other basics (including beer) which is very handy but means getting up around 7.45am! The accommodation is comfortable and very spacious for 4 people and the kitchen is well equipped. The outside area including the pool is lovely and there are lots of sunbeds, chairs, tables and a small BBQ. We loved the pool and spent a LOT of time lounging around it. Dragana was a great host and was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions before we got there, helped us find somewhere to celebrate our daughter's birthday and was. very understanding when our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving a day late. A great stay we would recommend.

She has been the most hospitable and friendly host we've ever met. She welcomed us with a variety of treats and helped us with the needs during the day. If your car is available and the location is right for you, it is definitely an option to choose.

The house was perfect for us. The outside was the absolute highlight: good dining table under a fully shady tree with a spectacular view down the hill to the sea. Easy walk into town and the beach, a lot of stairs so can avoid roads. The chain of beaches are very nicely laid out, water is deep, clean and wonderful. Back to the house: good kitchen, very easy to cook (sharp knives!). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well laid out bathrooms. Immediately felt at home. That includes the welcome from a small yet attentive group of neighbourhood cats No qualms returning. Zero negatives.

The stay at Villa Moj Mir was perfect. We stayed with a group of friends in the lovely apartments. Everything you need is there including the outstanding pool which was very nice to cool down during the hot days. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice to have some airco's in the living room. Tamara was a perfect host and made us feel at home. She was always available and answered all our questions and helped with translations etc. Thank you for a perfect stay in Montenegro!

Zana was very responsive and very helpful with giving us exactly the right route. There were cold drinks in the cabbage cupboard , candy table 🥰 There was drinks in the cabbage cupboard, sweets on the table and everything was delicious qwa t We booked late because we still wanted an extra stop at Kotor. The location was really perfect for our transit and to visit butter, you'll be there in no time ! But I wouldn't like to be there for more days! Unfortunately, the owner can't do anything about this . The house is cool , everything is present , my fenced garden and nice people . But the location is secluded, we walked to the village to eat and swim, but you walked by really nothing cozy. A bit of industry. Then you were eating a busy parking lot where everything was old, and again the beach was also dirty . So how much I can give the hostess 5 stars I can't give it regarding the experience around the house. for 1 night we will definitely come back !
