Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Herceg Novi Municipality

Great place! We had a wonderful time, enjoyed sitting in a shady and beautiful place right by the water, grilled a barbecue, swam in the sea. The view is stunning. Quiet, secluded, beautiful place. The hosts are very responsive, hospitable.

Clean , spacious apartment, very nice terrace in front of the water. It is at the top of a long steep slope, you have to be driven , there are places for the car. Restaurants at the bottom of the descent on foot 👍 Great communication

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

Thank you for a wonderful long weekend in lovely surroundings. The house was perfect for a group of 10 girls. Great outdoor areas and short distance down to a beautiful little bathing bay. The house was well equipped and there were comfortable beds. Anders is a super friendly host, who responded to all inquiries inside shortly. He was helpful with everything from transportation, dining, and experiences. If we are going to put our finger on something, there was generally a little poor cleanliness and some missing with a shower. The pool would also have needed a sink and upgrade with some loose tiles. We were told the cleaner had had an unfortunate incident in his family and therefore had been unavailable in advance of our arrival. This could be the reason for the cleanliness. Since it is so private, you have to have a car or taxi available. Thank you for your stay, we had a great time and we would love to come back.

I’ve been to Montenegro three times now, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The house is gorgeous — beautifully restored, the interiors are full of character, with elegant furniture, cool art, and every little detail thoughtfully done. I was genuinely excited to be the first guest after the full renovation, and everything was spotless and perfectly prepared — even at the last minute! The bed was so comfortable, with luxury linens, and the house felt very spacious. It’s in the most peaceful spot, but still close to everything — Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Porto Montenegro, Portonovi — all within easy reach. I adored having breakfast on the terrace under the pergola, and winding down with a glass of wine there in the evening was pure bliss. It was super convenient to be able to walk to a little supermarket and Bocasa restaurant in the village was a favourite: pizza from a proper oven, friendly service and amazing views over the bay. There is a little beach nearby.

The four of us with a dog had a great week stay. Everything was the same as described in the listing. The house is really very big. You have a lot of space . You should be good on foot, it goes up and downhill if you want to go to the sea or into the mountains, but it's worth it. The views from the property are also stunning. You can look at the place to the sea.

Thanks to Aleksander for his caring presence, he is unparalleled in responsiveness with a response within 5 minutes to all our questions. The house corresponds in every way with the description with a sea view partly on the terrace, the renovation of the villa is at the level of service expected, it is modern, warm, the bedding is very good, everything is very well thought out and furnished, the village of Bjelila, is a gem with the water a few meters away, with neighbors all more pleasant than the others, quiet, with 2 restaurants - 20 meters away. Access to the village pontoon allows you to swim at any time, a rejuvenating village far from the noise of the big cities of the Bay of Kotor, ideal at the end of the trip to recharge before flying back, I recommend without any reservation, Bravo for the soul that Aleksander has put in, and that we find everywhere in the house :) .

Absolutely amazing view! 😍😍 The serpentine streets getting there were an adventure on their own—definitely part of the experience. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Great location too, close to the border with Croatia. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back if I ever visit Montenegro again!

The Jovicic's are a very warm, open and helpful family. Nadim was available for us at any time. The visit felt like a stay with friends. The apartment is very spacious, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Yes. In addition, the tranquility, the view, the huge pool and the opportunity to hike in the nearby mountains convinced us. Always happy to see you next year, hopefully!

We had an awesome stay in Nikolaj’s place. He was very helpful since day 1. We had 1 week stay in his place. We left our luggages earlier than the check-in time. Nikolaj and his family were tidying up after the previous guest, but we were warmly welcomed. When it was our time to check in, everything was already upstairs. The unit felt homey and comfortable with great views from the balcony. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It’s very suitable for family. They had so many plates and cutleries to have meals together :) Nikolaj is friendly and welcoming to his guests. I highly recommend his place to those who visit Montenegro. If you’re travelling with a vehicle, this won’t be a problem. The location is less than 5 mins from Risan where they have supermarkets, restaurant, etc. The pool wasn’t available when we visited unfortunately :( Other than that, everything else was great! Nikolaj drove us to the airport (Tivat) on the last day.

Milos is a wonderful host, the apartment was clean and well appointed. Parking was available, but our large SUV barely fit.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this apartment. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, stylish, there is everything you need. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the view is simply breathtaking! Note: the apartment is located on a narrow street, on a very steep slope, so you need to be careful both with car and by foot - but it's like that in every street in Krašići or other parts of Montenegro, directly from the sea to the mountains :D
