Monthly Rentals in Henry County

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family and enjoyed our stay. Water pressure was a little weak, but otherwise everything was to our liking. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Luis and Tamara were wonderful hosts. They communicated proactively about a winter storm that hit while I was there: they made sure I had everything I needed and we warm (the cabin had all the heaters, blankets, and even logs for a cast iron stove I was free to use). When I was ready to venture out after the snow, they helped make sure I knew the best way to go, opened the gate for me and even cleaned the snow off my car while the car warmed up. I got to meet their dog Buddy and learned a little bit about the history of the land the structures. All of this and I STILL experienced privacy. And of course; the welcome note and banana nut bread were a nice touch). Can’t wait to come back in the spring! This will always be my first choice when visiting family!

This was our second time staying here. As before, the place is very clean and has everything we needed. The location is central to anything of interest in Martinsville. Very peaceful place to stay.

This was a very charming and comfortable space. We arrived just before a major snowstorm, and Morgan and Josh had already made sure the steps were salted so we didn’t have to worry about ice. Everything inside was clean and homey. The mini-split did have trouble keeping the space warm, but I think that was because of the extreme weather outside. We loved walking to the sculpture garden in the snow and especially enjoyed hearing the church bells. It’s a beautiful location and Morgan and Josh did a fantastic job with communication. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.
