It was a great location for us in a quiet neighborhood.

Our host, Tom, accommodated our family with a last minute request that was outside the typical stay parameters after another host had to do a last minute cancel on us for an unforeseen circumstance. He was the nicest host we've ever had! The home was very spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, paper supplies and all our cooking needs. Beds had soft, comfortable bedding. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos and plenty of towels. We truly just had to bring ourselves and the food/drink to enjoy a wonderful family Christmas stay. I highly recommend this AirBnb and we will definitely stay with this host again whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

This was a great Airbnb experience!Erin’s Oasis was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Erin was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially prior to our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our sixth or seventh time staying here; we absolutely adore this place and our hosts. The location is perfect to get to different areas around Richmond, and it’s near two of my favorite places for food, Mekong and Ukrops Market Hall. Thanks for having us again!!

Very nice home close to downtown Richmond and University of Richmond. Perfect for our weekend stay in Richmond to participate in the Richmond marathon. Very glad we found this house - it will be our go to place to stay when we visit the area. House felt very comfortable, was well maintained, and beds were very comfortable. Claude was a very informative and responsive host. We would recommend without hesitation.

This house was just what we needed for a long weekend. It was easy to find and the host was very accommodating when we needed an earlier check in.

The kitchen is really great! Lots of sleeping space. The place would be great in warm weather.

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Spacious apartment and clean. Key instructions are very clear. The walls are thin so you would be able to hear all neighbors and street noises. But the price is very reasonable so wouldn’t complain! Would stay again in the future!

Marcea was a fantastic host. She was super responsive, made check in a breeze, and had the place extremely clean for us. Would definitely recommend.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

PERFECT… It’s rare to find a place where EVERYTHING was perfect. The location, fabulous new construction quiet neighborhood, where the houses are spaced out, even the water pressure in the shower was so great… Mateo is an excellent and responsive host. BOOK NOW! The pictures do not do this place justice… 5 Stars in every category!

Desi’s place worked great for my daughter and I on our trip. It was easy to find and parking was a snap right on the street. The space was cute and clean, and well stocked. The little welcome baskets were definitely appreciated! Desi was very helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.

Elisa's house was very clean and looked very much like the photos. Elisa herself was super helpful and very responsive. she made sure that we had everything that we needed including fresh honey. I wasn't aware that her house was close to a railroad track so we were surprised by that but got used to it. There was lots of yard space for our dog to run around in as well. There is a full size bed and a day bed that will sleep 3 people. We also used the Couch to sleep the 4th member of our family. Overall, we had a clean safe place to rest at night during our stay in Richmond.

We had this trip planned for a long time to go visit our children who live in Richmond. It’s very hard to pick a place when you live multiple states away, but this one seem to be pretty close to my kids. I found the listing online and the pictures looked great and the location seemed very close to downtown and lots of activities. When reaching out to Jarrett about the house, he always responded very quickly. We booked with him based on his great reviews as well. When we got to the house, it was easy to get inside. The place was super clean and looked just like the photos. Just about everything we would need was there for us, from towels to linens, garbage bags, shampoo and conditioner.. Cameron and Chloe were fantastic hosts! Cameron was there when we got there working outside in. he walked us through the entire check-in process and how to use the equipment. They didn't miss a thing! There's something for everything, And I love the way that the space is decorated. The trail to the creek was perfect for my son and my dog. And it was fun to follow the gnomes! The wood burning stove made it smell so comfy and cozy! To be honest I could sleep all day it was so peaceful! I would recommend the space to anybody looking to unwind and be with nature! There's so many trails to hike in this area as well!
