Condo vacation rentals in Henrico County

Stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for Galaxycon 2025. Couldn’t have made a better decision! Great place. Super close to the convention center. Walking distance to everything you need. Lovely place. Vintage and classic look to it. 100% coming back next year!

Great stay second time staying at one of marks place. Great space and kitchen for a also safe location right next to the Richmond police station. Good weekend stay would recommend.

PERFECT spot while traveling with my HS daughter for a soccer tournament! VCU is 2 blocks away, tons of walkable places to eat throughout the day and just a wonderful condo to stay at. Mark and Tommy do a wonderful job giving you the “lay of the land” in terms of parking and what’s nearby. Instructions for arrival couldn’t have been easier. And staying at their place couldn’t have felt more at home. Really fantastic stay- highly recommend.

Thank you Ross and to your sweet fluffy Astrid! (even though we didn't get to meet you in person) We had our own little slice of home in your apartment while away from home. It was centrally located, and walkable to many establishments, both food and shopping were all very close by. A well appointed apartment with an overall spiritual vibe, which we loved! We had a great rental neighbor too, who was also attending GalaxyCon, which is why we were here from Maine. My kiddo loved your place enough to want to move in. The hot water wasn't working in just the bathroom sink, but it didn't bother us too much. That was the only compaint we had, honestly. It wasn't even enough of an issue for us to want to deduct any stars. We would DEFINITELY stay with Ross again, if we came back in the future. This was my third stay in this apartment, which is in a great location convenient to great restaurants, groceries and sightseeing, and is very well appointed for a comfortable stay. Mei is a very responsive and gracious host who has gone above and beyond to make sure my concerns were handled (I had nothing to report this time, which is a testament to earlier responsiveness!). I would gladly stay here again!

First time renting an Airbnb and it was everything I could have asked for and more. Mark and Tommy have been exceptional hosts, very communicative, very friendly, and the room was very lively and full of personality, unlike the cold corporate feel of a hotel. I’ve throughly enjoyed my stay here, and when Galaxycon comes around next year, they will be the first of my list to search for my next Airbnb. Thank you for being gracious hosts. Would give you 6 stars if I was able to.

6 women that have known each other since we were 4 yrs old (we are all way over 65+ now) -- grew up together -- lost contact with some and then got back together and decided to go to a Broadway Musical at the Altria Theater to see "A Beautiful Noise" story about Neil Diamond's life -- in Richmond, VA and landed at Mei's place. We were thrilled that we were so close to walk everywhere - to the Theater - places to eat - convenient stores, and just being together for a couple days. Had a great time and will be sure to call Mei when we venture back to Richmond. Thanks for everything !!!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

The easy check in and checkout, flexible checkout and proactive communication really made the stay so easy and relaxing! The place itself was also perfect for us, I can only recommend the space!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

This place was very clean and super nice !! It’s in such a nice little area of Richmond with great restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet too which was amazing for me and my group. Mark was very nice and very helpful with any issues we had and making sure we were comfortable. Only complaints I have with this property is parking. It’s super tight and difficult to get into the spot, it wasn’t too much of a hassle for me and my group as we didn’t drive around the city at all the weekend we stayed. But do keep in mind if you plan to stay here and drive around a lot, you’ll need to be careful pulling in and out of the spot. I’d definitely stay here again it was super cute and nice !! Very cozy :) <3

I had a great stay and Mark was awesome! He was communicative, responsive, and flexible. He accommodated my delayed check-in time and provided clear and helpful instructions. The location was great with plenty of options for food (dining and delivery) and everything was clean with several thoughtful additions to the space that ensured we had all we needed for our stay.
