A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Had the most loveliest time and will definitely be coming back! The place was clean and very cosy, perfect location with plenty of privacy. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in and the fireplace was such a great addition to our stay. Spent half of the night in the hot tub which was so amazing to be in under the stars and had a nice welcoming gift which we really enjoyed 😊 our stay was spotless and we really look forward to coming back again!

This house was lovely, perfect for a slightly larger group of people. The beach is two minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Jade was so responsive and told us in advance about how to get enough hot water for all of the guests. Even over the new year she responded so quickly. We absolutely loved it

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, so much so that I booked a return visit before I left. The Loft is beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned by a quieter beach. The beach is mostly stony with a bit of sand, but if you walk towards west wittering you soon find sandy beaches if you prefer. The closest entry point to the beach really is two minutes walk. Lots of water sports going on if that’s your thing. The garden is small but well designed, sheltered and catches the sun for most of the day. The outdoor seating is very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has a fridge, hobs, kettle and microwave (no oven fyi). Two can eat inside but four can eat outside on the outdoor seating. I had the most relaxing stay, and can’t wait to go back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for a 50th birthday celebration with family from 4 households (including our two young teens). There was plenty of place for us all and the house was very well equipped . The view really has a huge wow factor and we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy some spring sunbathing. The games room provided hours of entertainment ( lots of really fun and quirky touches) and the hot tub was a nice luxury (freshly cleaned on arrival). Lovely bbq with gas provided. Alexa’s in every room, so nice home from home touch. Really enjoyed our mini break and would love to return in warmer weather.

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.

Excellent location in West sands, walking distance to the entertainment and activities as well as bars and restaurants. There is even a free bus service if you don't feel like walking. Lots to keep everyone entertained and the staff at Cove are very helpful and friendly

Clare was an exceptional host—extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The house itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and complemented by a lovely garden. Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025, 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13). Fabulous stay, the cottage is lovely and tucked away from the road. The hot tub was a big hit and made the stay that little bit more amazing! Excellent host and a lovely cottage, we will be back.

A very nice weekend in an old cottage with lots of character. We did not spend a lot of time in the cottage, however, the time we did spend was very comfortable with all that you require to make it feel like home. The host was great with communication and a welcome message that made everything nice and easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you want home comforts and a base from which to explore the south coast and stunning surrounding areas.

We had a lovely weekend break at this beautiful home. It was clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed and more! The location was also perfect for walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. The weather was also fabulous ( but I don't think they provided that! ) I cannot fault this holiday home. we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

Sarah’s place was wonderful! We were supremely comfortable and at home, as was our dog. Although in a little complex of 3/4 homes, we were very private and didn’t feel overlooked at all. There were great walks across fields right from the front door and the surrounding area offers plenty to see & do. Definitely recommend this place, especially in the spring!
