Great place to stay a bit outside of the strip! Very clean.

Amazing in every way, very spacious and comfortable, all the appliances, air conditioning, hot water, washer and dryer worked very well and the location was incredible. 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the strip, 15 minutes to Freemont street and 20 minutes to the North Premium outlets. You really can’t get a better location when vacationing in Las Vegas

Great place to stay.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient. House is about 10-15 mins from the strip and Fremont street. We ran into a small issue where the door battery had died. The host responded and assisted us immediately. Very comfortable bedding. The pool is beautiful but was way too cold to swim in. Overall very happy with my stay and will definitely book again.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway to get to the strip or Red Rocks. It's less than a ten minute drive to the Mountain's Edge Regional Park where you can go for walk/jog away from traffic. Ivy's instructions were very clear and she was quick to reply. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This place is very spacious, and bigger than what the pictures make it appear. Not far from the strip, easy 15 min. ride. Definitely recommend.

This home was perfect exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was gorgeous. The house itself was clean, easy to find, had everything that you could imagine and much more. Everett was kind and helpful and quick to respond. Check in was easy, directions were clear. I honestly felt like I was at home. The neighborhood had many places to eat and shop at. I enjoyed myself and would stay again.

Chucky’s place was beautiful, and he was a very responsive host that answered our messages promptly. It was a great stay!

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

I was able to stay comfortably like my own home, so I was very satisfied. Most of all, the kitchen was fun for the people who cooked. The pool was so nice to see, but it was such a pity that I couldn't use it because of the weather. If I come to Vegas next time, I want to borrow it again.

We felt right at home at Carlos's place. Easy check-in, very clean home with a nice layout. The kitchen was perfect, and the beds were all very confortable. Great place to stay if you plan on visiting Vegas.

Randy was super helpful answered all our inquiries right away and the home was perfect, all the amenities we wanted. Very clean. We were in town for work and having a clean home to return to each day was so nice in such a busy city.

We love staying with Kris: he’s extremely easy to talk to, responsive and the friendliest host we’ve experienced on Airbnb. The place itself is perfect: it’s quite large, has all the amenities we need to feel like at home and our kids love it. The electronic setup is great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Finally the pool is the main event - it’s clean and large and deep enough for both kids and adults. I highly recommend staying at Kris’ place.

Clean, Good space for 6 people, very near to the Strip, nice spa and back yard, plenty of kitchen-ware. Hi speed internet. Clear instructions from th host. Great value for the money. Enjoyed a lot!!!

We loved how close this was to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas yet far enough removed to be peaceful and relaxing. We were on Spring Break with our two teenage boys and they thoroughly enjoyed all the yard space to roam and play on, plus the pool table and basketball hoop. We felt very safe with the private gate enclosing the property. Our dog had space to roam and felt right at home. We had way more space and number of beds than we needed, but we would definitely rent this house again because it was so much more enjoyable than staying on or very close to the Vegas Strip. We just might bring another family of four to enjoy it with us. We recommend staying at this property - it was a unique and fun experience that added so much to our stay in Las Vegas!

We had a great time at this rental! The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! It was just what we were looking for when we met my sister in law and her kids in Vegas.

We visited for the weekend with our two dogs in tow to attend our son’s wedding at Sunset Gardens. Perfect proximity as the venue was 1.3 miles from the home. We don’t like casinos on strip, and wanted somewhere to go where we could relax in between wedding festivities. Great fully fenced high brick wall all around the property. Able to let the dogs stretch and get some sunshine when not in their kennel. Liked being able to part our car in garage. Although we didn’t have time to use them, the pool, hot tub and BBQ looked real nice and came with instructions. Stocked with a lot of great amenities if you forgot or run out of something. Great coffee set up! Much appreciated when traveling. Milan was a friendly, prompt communicator and gracious to allow a bit earlier check in when we got to town early and the home was ready. About 15 mins and a $25-30 Uber ride tit the strip. I would definitely stay again, we like to come to see concerts from San Diego and a place we can bring our dogs A++
