What I loved: The property is right by the beach offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The best part was the location; the beach is just a short walk from the house. 10/10 - would stay again! Maduraj's communication was top-notch, friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. Everyone we met, from Maduraj to the caretaker and housekeeper, was friendly and eager to help, making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay.

A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable.
