NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new quality apartment is rural modern furnished and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in all seasons.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.
