Perfect stay for family members who didn't fit in our house for the holidays! Walkable to town and close to all the North Shore has to offer.

We visit Ipswich routinely for family, but we have also found it to be a beautiful and welcoming town. When my hubs and I first started visiting >15 years ago there was room in the family’s large house. But with years and marriages and kids and in-laws it’s gotten tighter. The local inns are lovely but are often packed when we visit - usually when we all converge for the holidays. This spot is perfect for our family of 4 (could feasibly fit family of 5) and has all we need including laundry facilities, full kitchen - which is especially helpful with picky eaters. There is also a Very easy, short and peaceful walk into the town. It’s also quiet with ample street parking. We won’t hesitate to book again.

My husband, 20 month old son and I stayed at Denise's place for a long weekend and it was great. The place was spotless, sunny and welcoming. Denise was great about communicating with us as needed and the location was perfect for all of the things that we wanted to do in the area. I would totally recommend staying here and we would definitely stay there again the next time we want to do a trip to the North Shore!!! Thanks so much Denise!

This location was very convenient for our needs as we had a gathering at a friends in the town. Additionally , it is very convenient to train service which could get you to Salem or Boston easily or other areas as well. My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter were also with us as guests here and Molly was very attentive to what my granddaughter may need; baby items, etc. Very helpful and sweet. We would definately consider staying here again when we are in the area.
