Dom’s place is as pictured and described. The perfect Basecamp for the PA Wilds. Dom was a five star host…very helpful and flexible and willing to work with me, which I always appreciate.

Michael is a very good host and since I need to visit the area often it is always clean and ready to go when I get there. It was very cold weather during my last trip but the place was nice and warm when I arrived and very comfortable all during my stay. Michael also added items I had suggested from the last time I stayed which was very nice of him to do. I recommend staying here.

We loved staying at "Grandma's place"! Lucy's place was in great shape, very clean and super comfortable. The beautiful wooden staircase inside the front door is remarkable because the stairs do not squeak, which is a reflection of the care and upkeep this place has received. The hosts have stocked the house incredibly well; all the kitchen and laundry supplies you could want, plus fresh milk and eggs in the fridge! Details like this make a place feel like a home and not a rental. We had a couple specific requests that the hosts generously met. The house has a few eccentricities: there is a toilet in what should be the pantry in the kitchen, small enough that you can't close the door and use it. One of the beds is on the upstairs landing, and not private (but it was comfy). The house is also near a fairly busy corner so there is some traffic noise. Upside tho, right by a grocery store and an easy walk to downtown shops. In sum, it's a great rental at a great price. We'll be back!

The location is great with a quiet street yet close proximity to Main Street coffee shop and restaurants! We really appreciate you being excellent hosts and making us feel very welcomed.
