Cottage vacation rentals in Havelock North

We had a great stay, the cottage was lovely and the surrounding property beautiful. We were within easy distance for everything we wanted to do.

While perfectly private and set amongst beautiful countryside the place was a great base for exploring Hawkes Bay without being too far from anything— and with a great spa and sauna to relax in after a long day! Cam provided us with greens and herbs from the garden and a fantastically bright and sunny demeanor despite the rainy weather— making a memorable experience for our family we hope to repeat in the near future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The cottage was modern and had everything we needed, the outlook was just beautiful and we were so close to everything in town. Even though it rained most of our visit, we still enjoyed every second of our stay. We LOVED being able to get up close with the farm animals, our 6 year old had a blast! 10/10 and highly recommend to stay here. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit again from our next visit from Australia ❤️

What a stunning cottage in a perfect location. Beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and was in the best possible spot for our trip. Loved discovering Ahuriri which has excellent cafes and eateries. Can’t recommend the Doctor’s Cottage highly enough. There isn’t anything more we could have asked for. Excellent communication from our hosts and great tips on places to go. We created some magical memories during our stay and will definitely be back to create some more soon. Thank you .

We were two couples from different cities wanting to meet to catch up, enjoy the Hawke's Bay and attend a Mission Estate Concert. We really enjoyed staying in Ribbonwood Cottage and with two bedrooms and two ensuites, it was perfect for us. The weather was on best behaviour, we ate and drank too much, but it was a pleasurable overindulgence. We didn't meet Jane nor did we need to and she responded promptly to all our communications. Great stay, very clean and had everything we needed - fully equip kitchen, comfy beds, aircon in the main living area, quiet and peaceful but only 15-20min from the town. Compared to other places we have stayed in Hastings for similar prices, this airbnb was much better value.

This cosy, little house offers everything we need for our short vacation in this region. Great addition is the smell of the citrus trees and Janet's friendly dog and cat. We would definitely choose Janet's place next time.

Magnolia cottage was just like the pictures, a small beautifully kept cottage surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Lots of thoughtful touches, and super clean condition - we were on a work trip and didn’t have long enough to really enjoy it all, but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

We had two splendid nights at Lavenham Cottage last week. The two bed room Cottage is off the main road and settled in a quiet surrounding. John and Leonie have thought about all the details to make the stay very comfortable. The place is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, iron and even a carton of milk was left in the fridge. The house is spotless and very welcoming. My family and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. Leonie and John were flexible with the checkout time too. Thank you very much.

Loved this place - such a beautiful location and perfect for exploring Hawkes Bay. The outside deck overlooking the beach is a great place to chill out with a book and a glass of local wine (there are vineyards in walking distance). We had a wonderful week staying at Nicole's place. The weather was not on our side which meant we had a great opportunity to just relax and enjoy the very nice accommodation, looking at nature and cuddling the incredible cat! Nicole's also went above and beyond regarding breakfast by providing a ton of fresh eggs and a lot of gluten free cereals to accommodate my partner's allergies. This was much appreciated! We can't recommend this place enough.

We would be quite happy to stay here again. The place suited our needs for the weekend and for a longer stay it is an ideal place to relax. Comfortable beds and a great location.
